A BIDEN CATASTROPHE AMID A TRUMP STALEMATE THAT WORKED

President Biden looked and sounded Monday as foolish as the Saddam Hussein mouthpiece who declared Iraqi victory even as American troops seized Baghdad.

THE EMBARRASSMENT OF BIDEN
Although the White House had intended to keep Biden under wraps for as long as possible, the demand that he say something — anything — about the unfolding debacle in Afghanistan forced him to leave Camp David for a 20-minute statement, after which he refused to take any questions.
The important part of what he said boils down to one sentence: we had to leave, and everything that went wrong was Trump's or the Afghans' fault.

The COVID pandemic has witnessed the exercise of state “police powers” on a scale and scope unprecedented in America’s peacetime history.
Out of fear of contagion, massive amounts of private property in the form of shops, restaurants, bars, and other businesses were peremptorily seized and shuttered. Dying from what? you may ask. From "misinformation," which means only information they don't want you to access, information that might be the actual truth and conflict with the administration's fear-mongering agenda.
Psaki actually bragged in her White House press conference that the administration is "working with" social media — Facebook — to censor such misinformation.
We should all be very afraid, for they are coming for us. Indeed, they are. As Psaki inadvertently revealed, they have a list, and it is likely that all those who love this nation and fear this administration's rapid shift to Communism are on it.

Yesterday (7/21), Newsweek’s lead headline was: WHO Warns of Deadlier Variants Taking World Back to 'Square One' of Pandemic.
For a few months a lot of people were convinced that humanity’s efforts to defeat COVID were being successful, and many believed that the pandemic would soon be behind us for good. But now the “Delta variant” is spreading like wildfire all over the globe, with an endless succession of further variants promised to follow.
This is prompting national governments around the world to institute a new wave of restrictions and lockdowns. This promises to push the world economy into another major downturn during the second half of 2021 that is can in no way afford.
HOW DEMOCRATS COULD STEAL THE MIDTERMS

By now everyone with two working brain cells knows, or pretends not to know, that Democrats cheated on a colossal scale to get Whispern' Joe into the White House. WHY WOKE CAPITALISM’S WAR ON OIL WILL LOSE

THE MICHIGAN RINO WHITEWASH
The Michigan Senate Oversight Committee’s recent report on the 2020 election is a classic whitewash – a feel-good exercise designed to sweep problems under the rug so politicians can shift their attentions to other issues.
The report purports to be the by-product of an exhaustive investigation, but the committee is counting on the public – and credulous journalists – to skim through it uncritically, if they read it at all during our Pure Michigan summer.
For example, the committee is remarkably uncurious about the sudden delivery of tens of thousands of absentee ballots to the TCF Center around 3:30 a.m. on November 4 – all with no chain of custody.
THE FOUR HORSEMEN OF OUR APOCALYPSE: SOROS, XI, GATES, AND BIDEN
The New Testament's Book of Revelation has long puzzled and inspired biblical scholars as to the meaning of the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse. Most agree that they represent four catastrophes that will befall humanity during the "end times."
The White Horse's rider carries a bow and wears a crown. He is generally thought to symbolize Conquest. Fast-forward to today, and consider the work of George Soros.
The Red Horse is, appropriately, the general secretary of China, Xi Jinping, leader of the Chinese Communist Party. The Red Horse is said to represent War, with its bloodshed, murder, and revolution.
Bill Gates and his acolytes like Anthony Fauci could very well be riders of the Black Horse of Famine. The rider of the last horse, the Pale Horse, is Death. Joe Biden represents Death in two ways; his own mental and physical deterioration and the death of America.
WHAT THE LEFT HAS SOWN IN THE TRUMP WIND WILL BE REAPED IN THE BIDEN WHIRLWIND
Victimizers quickly becoming victims is a recurrent theme of Thucydides’ history. In his commentary on the so-called stasis at Corcyra, he offers his most explicit warning about the long-term dangers of destroying legal institutions, customs, and traditions that serve the common good for short-term gain.
The historian notes that in the inevitable yin and yang of politics, the destroyers inevitably will seek, but do so in vain, refuge in what they have destroyed. Between 2017 and 2021 the Left has done exactly that.
The Left is well on its way to incurring a pushback in 2022 comparable to 2010, with the potential to make the Tea Party boomerang seem like small stuff. And the difference this time around is that there are no customs, no traditions left in treatment accorded a political opponent in office.
20 THINGS THE FEARDEMIC HAS TAUGHT ME ABOUT HUMANITY
1. Most people would rather be in the majority, than be right.
2. At least 20% of the population has strong authoritarian tendencies, which will emerge under the right conditions.
3. Fear of death is only rivaled by the fear of social disapproval. The latter could be stronger.
4. Propaganda is just as effective in the modern day as it was 100 years ago. Access to limitless information has not made the average person any wiser.

On July Ninth, 1776, 245 years ago today, General George Washington issued an executive order that The Declaration of Independence be read to members of the Continental Army gathered in Manhattan, while thousands of British troops on Staten Island prepared for the Battle of Long Island, which was fought on August 27th, 1776.
The Americans lost that battle. It was Washington’s greatest defeat and humiliation in his military career. He even almost lost his own life. According to data released by Education Week, America’s government-run schools lost almost 1.3 million students this year. (Delaware, Illinois, and North Carolina didn’t supply enrollment statistics, so the true number is probably somewhat higher.)
While undoubtedly some of the “missing” kids will return when schools open their doors in August and September, to be sure many will not. And for those who don’t, increasing numbers will have more choices than ever.
