THE COLLAPSE OF THE COVID NARRATIVE

Joe Biden claims this is a pandemic of the unvaccinated and wants everyone in the world vaxxed with the “safe and effective” vaccines.  In addition, he plans to distribute millions of "effective" N-95 masks.  Anyone paying attention knows this a Big Lie.  Really Big.

Masks may be a comforting placebo, but even the N95s  don’t work as advertised.  And new revelations about dangerous vaccine side effects have surfaced despite media suppression.

I was taught the only way to fight a lie is with the truth.  However, I also know those who placed all their hope in the big COVID lie will do whatever it takes to silence anyone who disagrees.  Just ask Joe Rogan about being silenced. It is nearly impossible to overcome emotion with facts for many – but not with TTPers, so here we go.

JOE BIDEN – ENEMY OF AMERICA

From the moment Joe Biden stepped into the Oval Office as president, it became clear that he had stolen the job in order to destroy America from within.

12 months later, as Border Patrol and ICE agents can attest, Biden is now a full partner in collusion with the drug and human traffickers that are the cartels.  In fact, Biden is probably, it’s fair to say, the largest sex- and human trafficker on the planet right now.  When will we learn where the many thousands of unaccompanied children have been shipped and to whose “care”?

The volume of fentanyl flowing into the U.S. has gone up 300%, as have overdose deaths in this country.  In short, the Biden presidency is a terrible blight upon America.  This president has done more damage thus far than any foreign enemy has ever done in our nation's history.

THE GREATEST GOVERNMENT FAILURE IN AMERICAN HISTORY

govt-excusesThe tally for how much the federal government spent to combat COVID-19 is now estimated to be $5 trillion. It is more than the combined costs of World Wars I and II. The left is celebrating that politicians in Washington saved us. Really? From what exactly?

Two years later, it is time for an honest assessment. Could things have worsened for the country if the government had spent nothing and done nothing? What would have happened if we had not shut down our businesses? Our churches, schools and restaurants. Our parks, basketball courts and playgrounds.

Would the public have made worse decisions regarding protecting its health and the health of its families and its employees than the politicians have made? In a word… No.

undeterred-putinAmericans want an autonomous Ukraine to survive. They hope the West can stop Russian President Vladimir Putin’s strangulation of both Ukraine and NATO.

Yet Americans do not want their troops to venture across the world to Europe’s backyard to fight nuclear Russia to ensure that Ukraine stays independent.

With Putin’s nemesis, Trump, gone, Russia assumes the appeasement years of the Obama-Biden administration are back again. As in 2014, once more Putin is moving against his neighbors.

Where does this entire mess leave America? In trouble.

THE INSPIRATION OF AMERICA

It is clear that it is inspired by our 1776 Declaration of Independence and America’s founding principles. Trinidad’s population is 99% either Indian (from India), African, or a mix of the two. 64% are Christian, 21% Hindu, 6% Moslem, others undeclared – and all have these principles as a common bond between them.

Here in the Caribbean’s Trinidad is such a clear example of how America’s founding moral principles are such an inspiration to all humanity, of all cultures, creeds, and ethnicities. They are universal, America’s heritage as a gift to the world. This is the heritage of all Americans – something we need to hold on to and hold dear as we persevere during this current period of our country’s cultural, moral, and political lunacy. I much prefer how Paul uses the word in Philippians 4: “Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable – if anything is excellent or praiseworthy – think about such things.”

“Whatever” takes a much different tone here, doesn’t it? And it reflects a profound truth about what we bring to our own experience, and to our relationships. Whatever we think about, look for, and expect – to a much larger extent than many of us realize, this is what we will find.

By understanding and owning this concept, we can profoundly improve our effect on others, and find greater joy for ourselves in the process. Here’s how.

BIDEN’S SUPREME COURT PICK SEXUALLY ASSAULTED ME 25 YEARS AGO

grinning-bideThe news that Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer is retiring is still fresh. He won’t even officially retire until October, and the Biden administration will likely spend months vetting potential nominees.

But I can tell you right now, whoever Biden picks, they sexually assaulted me 25 years ago at a high school party. I can’t remember how I got there or how I got home. So far, the people I know who were present are telling me it didn’t happen. I may have changed my story a few times too.

But, hey, look, you can trust me. I have no agenda.

I should also let you know that Biden’s nominee, whoever it is, might have a detailed calendar proving they weren’t at the party.

Don’t believe it? Believe me!

I think I should be praised for my bravery in coming forward. I think the media must tell my story without questioning the details, and Time Magazine should profile me.

Just in case you think my memory is bad, you should know, I’m 100% certain it was… whoever Biden picks. There is zero chance I’ve mistaken them for someone else.

I feel so strongly that Biden’s nominee is too dangerous to be on the Supreme Court that I’d testify before the Senate Judiciary Committee… if I wasn’t afraid of flying.

I implore the U.S. Senate to listen to my story and give it the benefit of the doubt that similar accusations against other Supreme Court nominees have been given.

FLASHBACK FRIDAY — A FIRST CONTACT WITH THE NAKED AUCAS

naked-aucas-tribe-and-jwJuly, 1972. That’s what these people were known as back in 1972 who lived in the Amazon forests south of the Napo River in Ecuador killing anyone foolish enough to enter their territory. The Quechuas living along the north bank of the Napo were terrified of them, calling them “Aucas” – naked savages. I found them, as you can see, naked but not savage.

This was a true first contact. A helicopter pilot friend, Tony Stuart, and I chanced upon them, landing in their clearing. We were literally space aliens in a space ship from outer space, for all they knew was the jungle. They had nothing from the outside world. I gave them a box of matches which was the most exciting thing they had ever seen. Despite their fearsome reputation for killing outsiders including missionaries, they smiled and laughed like anyone else.

They also understood trade and exchanging gifts. Beside the matches, we gave them some rope and a small machete (first metal they had ever seen). They gave (without our asking) Tony a hand stone axe, and me a blowgun. After a few hours it was time to go. Our goodbyes to each other were with huge smiles. I will never ever forget them. ukraines-ethnic-political-divide-on-mapThis map has been appearing around the Internet this week, displaying Ukraine’s ethnic-political divide with Viktor Yanukovych being the Kremlin’s stooge.  His getting kicked out of power in 2014 was the pretext for Putin seizing Crimea plus much of Donetsk and Luhansk in 2014.

So now Putin is threatening Ukraine by massing tens of thousands of troops on its border, to take advantage of Squatter Joe’s perceived weakness – with the Dems grasping the opportunity to beat war drums as a massive deflection away from their electoral woes.

So whose war threat is the biggest bluff?  Turns out it’s Putin’s. Yes, it may raise your eyebrows, but Joe – or his handlers – hold the higher cards here.

WAGGING THE UKRAINIAN DOG

Suddenly, all those talking heads in Congress and on TV are apoplectic over the notion that Ukraine's border might be breached.  They want to send thousands of American troops thousands of miles away to protect Ukraine's border with Russia while our own southern border is being breached by over two million migrants since Biden took office.

The U.S. is enduring an invasion while our Left is drumming up a war to protect another nation's border.  Putin is surely laughing at Biden's upside-down leadership that is benefiting every country but ours.

MAKING FRIENDS IN ANTARCTICA

rh-and-elephant-sealThis is my wife Rebel relaxing with a native of Antarctica while on a visit to the Palmer Science Station there. Getting up close and personal with Antarctic wildlife is so easy as they have no fear of us at all, be they seals, elephant seals, or penguins.

Better not get too close to male elephant seals in domination combat, however, as they can weigh up to 7,000 pounds. And steer clear of full grown leopard seals, which are apex predators weighing over 1,000 pounds. No worries, though, for Rebel with this young fellow. WHEN WILL PEOPLE FINALLY SEE THE OBVIOUS?

With just a little tweak, this statement could be applied to the last presidential election: “The greatest trick the Democrats ever pulled was convincing the voters they did not steal the 2020 election.”

Consider the number of things the Left has been willing to lie to the American people about in recent years. After going to alternative sources to discover facts and weigh evidence, we have stirred a vibrant mistrust of those in whom, just a decade ago, most Americans trusted to tell us the truth.

So why has this leap of faithlessness not jumped over to the obvious facts of the 2020 election?

LUANGWA LAGOON SUNSET

It was so fulfilling, so rewarding for me, over the past weeks, to provide a life-memorable experience of real Africa to eight TTPers – they’ll never forget it ever. I’ll be here again in July of 2022 – perhaps you’ll be with me. There’s a primordial magic in Africa that grips your soul like nowhere else. If you’ve been wondering about the extent of voter fraud in America, we may be seeing a staggering amount of either fraud or grotesque negligence in Wisconsin voter rolls. A review of the state’s voter roles showed that 569,277 voters registered on January 1, 1918.

Yes, 1918.  Of that number, 20% of these people, all of whom must now be at least 124 years old, voted in November 2020. Biden “won” in Wisconsin by 20,682 votes....

Ultimately, there are three ways to account for the fact that 20% of people who registered to vote on January 1, 1918, showed up to vote in November 2020, none of which is good for election integrity:

After nearly 40 expensive years of dreaming, planning, designing, building, congressional whining, testing, and hoping, NASA and its army of very smart people have placed into solar orbit a powerful new seven-ton telescope.

The new telescope’s success so far is just one of our nation’s numerous recent space achievements: Landing robots to explore Mars. Flying a research robot through the Sun’s aura. Snatching a scoop of primordial soil from a distant asteroid and bringing it back in the fall of 2023.

Yet this latest achievement, successfully launched one month ago today, is simply astonishing.

THE REAL ATLANTIS

atlantis-in-knossosHere we are at the real Atlantis in Knossos, Crete. More nonsense has been invented about Plato’s myth of Atlantis – mentioned briefly in his Timaeus and Critias and not by anyone else in antiquity – than any other legend you care to name.

Yet like many myths, it was constructed out of something that really existed. Atlantis is the Minoan Civilization of Crete, Europe’s oldest. By 2,000 BC, the Minoans had created the world’s first peaceful capitalist empire, based not on military might and conquest but on trade, with trade routes across the entire Mediterranean. They became immensely wealthy, building fabulous palaces and villas – but their cities were not fortified. Europe’s original civilization was the most peaceful in European history.

Around 1450 BC, the Minoan island of Santorini 60 miles north of Crete – known to the Greeks as Thera – suffered a colossal volcanic explosion with the resultant mega-tsunami wiping the Minoans out on Crete. It was “The wave that destroyed Atlantis.” Yet you can see for Atlantis for yourself, its excavated villas with fabulous preserved frescoes, and step back into a period of inspiring history. THE SHRINE OF A SILK ROAD SUFI SAINT

silk-road-shrineIn hidden dunes of the Takla Makan Desert of Chinese Turkestan, you find pilgrimage sites such as this devoted to Sufi saints revered by the Uighur (wee-ger) people who live in oases on the great desert’s edges.  The trade route connecting the oases is the Southern Silk Road traversed by Marco Polo in 1273.

Sufism is the ancient peaceful interpretation of Islam. Just as Jesus advised the Pharisees to seek God in their hearts, not through the robotic repetition of religious laws and rules, so do the Sufis. Just as Jesus preached a philosophy of non-violence and benevolence, so do the Sufis. Sufism teaches that the path to Islamic enlightenment is not through compulsion of any kind, but through a personal ecstatic experience of the Divine.

Thus these ramshackle shrines in an uninhabited roadless wilderness – you get to them by donkey cart – are havens of serenity in a chaotic world.  This is one of the remotest places on earth, but if you ever manage to get here, you will feel serenity in your heart.  (Glimpses of Our Breathtaking World #183 photo ©Jack Wheeler)

Best of all, it’s as straightforward as hanging a picture on the wall …

Think about the photographs you have displayed in your home.  Are they pictures of the miserable times, the disappointments, the conflicts, the traumas? Did you set things up so you are constantly reminded of the events and people who hurt you most?

Of course not. We’ve all had those times, of course. It’s part of life. But when we put pictures on the wall of our home, we choose pictures of the people we love, the peak moments. Now let’s do that with the pictures in your mind.

PELOSI’S PICK

Congressman Thomas Massie (R-KY) tweeted the video clip below. It is of 84 year-old Eleanor Holmes Norton, Delegate (not voting Member) to the House from Washington DC. She was caught on video repeatedly grinding her car into two parked cars trying to park hers.

She then locks her car with her keyfob and casually walks away without leaving a note for the cars she has damaged. Her staffer does the same. This is a hit-and-run crime, to which her staffer is an accessory. As Massie notes, she is Pelosi’s pick to chair the House Transportation Committee.

FLASHBACK FRIDAY – THE TIGER’S NEST OF BHUTAN

tigers-nestNovember 1990. The “Tiger’s Nest” or Taktsang monastery is built in front of caves on a vertical cliff-face high above the Paro Valley in the Himalayan Kingdom of Bhutan. Originally a meditation site of the founder of Tibetan Buddhism, Padmasambhava in the 700s, the monastery temples were first constructed in the 1600s.

Bhutan is arguably the most fabulously exotic country on earth, still adhering to the ancient traditions of Ningma (Red Hat) Tibetan culture. HALF-FULL REPORT 01/21/22

he-said-whatBiden’s Press Conference Was An Utter Disaster was the NY Post’s merciless verdict regarding the Squatter in the White House’s performance on Wednesday (1/19).

“He stumbled and bumbled and all too often made no sense at all… couldn’t remember what he said last week… insisted he’s done more than any other president in history.  His answers on Ukraine were particularly confused… Oh, and Biden suggested Russia might well get away with ‘a minor incursion.’ That’s an invitation to take one piece of Ukraine now — and more pieces later. What a disaster. No wonder his staff does everything it can to keep him away from the press.”

Piers Morgan was even blunter.  Speaking for umpteen millions of Americans, he simply said, “Dear Joe, Happy Anniversary.  You’ve failed. Can we get a divorce?  We want to get back with our ex.”

If only it were that easy.  A divorce is coming, no doubt, but it’s going to be far nastier than that of any celebrity couple’s vicious split splashed over the pages of The National Enquirer.

THE WOLVES WILL BECOME SHEEP

shaving-sheepWhen some people acquire power, they act like wolves. They take whatever savage actions are needed to win and dominate. They turn their opponents and critics into sheep, who learn to be quiet or face vicious attacks and destruction.

We are currently living through a moment of delusion among Democrats, who seem to think they can behave like wolves and destroy and intimidate their Republican opponents. The wolves who currently dominate the Democrat Party think they will be permanent wolves. They are wrong.

The 2022 midterm election will turn the Democratic wolves into sheep—and the power to shear the sheep will be handed over to House Republicans. House Republicans owe it to the Constitution and the American people to defeat the wolves and return them to sheep status.

This is not about revenge. This is about reinforcing the principle that in America, political wolves who viciously destroy their fellow Americans—and violate the rule of law to do so—will not be tolerated. This is about restoring the core principles of American self-government.

THE LAND OF NOAH

We all know the story of Noah and the Ark told in Genesis (chapters 6-9). But do you know where Noah’s grave is? You’re looking at it. There is a tradition thousands of years old that he died and is buried here in the Land of Noah – Nakhchivan.

Known to the ancient Greeks and Romans as “Nakhsuana,” today Nakhchivan is an isolated enclave of Azerbaijan, cut off from the rest of the country by a strip of Armenia reaching Iran. You never heard of it because it’s unknown with a strange name – but the name literally means the Land of Noah. “Noah” is the Anglicization of Hebrew Noakh, or “Nakh” (“van” means “land,” “chi” means “of”).

Noah’s tomb has been built, destroyed, rebuilt, and destroyed again repeatedly over the millennia. It’s now been built yet again on the original site. Looming near is Haça Dag, the Notched Mountain – where Noah’s Ark they say ran aground as the Flood waters receded, carving a notch on the summit before coming to rest on Mount Ararat about 50 miles to the north (in present-day Turkey).

GRANDMA AND GRANDPA NEED NOT FIGHT IN THE CAUCASUS

tatik-papik2This is “Tatik-Papik” (Grandmother-Grandfather), a stone monument built in Soviet days as homage to the mountain people of the Transcaucasus Highlands of Armenia and Azerbaijan. After both became independent with the fall of the USSR, Armenia seized the Azeri part, known as Nagorno Karabagh. Since late September, war has broken out anew, with Turkey supporting the Azeris and Russia supporting the Armenians.

The dispute could be settled easily with a “land swap.” There is an exclave of Azerbaijan called Nakhchivan (see The Land of Noah, Glimpse #3) separated by a sparsely inhabited corridor of Armenia called the Mehgri Strip running to the border with Iran. It could be swapped for the Armenian-populated portion of Karabagh. Result: Azerbaijan and Nakhchivan are united and whole, Armenia and Armenian Karabagh are united and whole.

The Darvaz Gas Crater – known to locals as “The Door to Hell” – has been burning nonstop since 1971, when Russian engineers set it on fire expecting it to burn off and it never has. THE REMNANT OF JOSEPH

bide-remnantJoseph Biden’s deservedly maligned speech on voting rights (more aptly described as grotesque racial demagoguery) contained this passage from the Bible (Amos 5:15), which he quoted twice:  “Hate evil, and love good, and establish justice in the gate” [that is, in the courts].

But he left out the rest of Amos 5:15:  “It may be that the LORD, the God of hosts, will be gracious to the remnant of Joseph.”

For the demagogue we saw in Atlanta is the same Joe Biden who has acted this way for decades—and advanced politically.  Today he is the champion of the politics of white self-hatred, that America is about race, not about freedom and the pursuit of happiness—about where we’ve been, not where we’re going.

In the 19th century, Democrats championed slavery whose principle was “You work, and I eat.” It is a shame that so many Republicans fail to see that a self-slavery mentality exists today in the party of self-hating whites as “I work and you eat.”

WHY IS PUTIN THREATENING UKRAINE?

Ukraine is much smaller than Russia in geography, population, per capita economic wealth and military power. Ukrainian leaders have not voiced hostile intent toward Russia. Some Ukrainians have advocated Ukraine joining NATO, a mutual defense organization, not an aggressive military alliance.

If Russian President Vladimir Putin were to invade more of Ukraine’s territory (in 2014, Russia annexed Crimea and occupied part of eastern Ukraine with the ongoing war), much of the world would condemn the action, and he could expect immediate and hard-hitting economic sanctions.

An invasion of Ukraine would cause Russia much pain and little gain — so why even threaten military action?  Why indeed.

KEEPING YOUR SANITY THROUGH UNDERSTANDING YOUR PERSONAL INFLUENCE

Those we are close to, and even those people who are three degrees of separation away from those we are close to – friends of friends of friends – are our sphere of influence… and we are theirs. What we say and do makes a real impact on those around us, and even on those a moderate distance away.

Appreciating this can be a great motivator for living our best life. But the impact of our behavior in one arena is particularly significant… shocking even.

THE WELL OF JOB

well-of-jobWe’re all familiar with the sufferings of Job in the Old Testament’s Book of Job. But what happened to Job after his sufferings were ended? All the OT says is that, with his health and riches restored, he lived long enough to see his great-great grandchildren.

The OT says Job lived in the “Land of Uz,” which was “beyond the Euphrates.” That would place it in modern day Iraq. There is no connection between this Hebraic name and the land of Uzbekistan – meaning the Land of Uzbeks, a Turkic people. Yet the Silk Road city of Bukhara in today’s Uzbekistan is thousands of years old.

Jews have lived in Bukhara for 3,000 years, although almost all have emigrated now (some 150,000 Bukharan Jews live in Israel). Thus it is a very ancient legend that during a terrible drought in Bukhara, Job visited the city and struck the ground with his staff – causing a spring of healing water to gush from the ground, and continues to do so today.

FLASHBACK FRIDAY – A GLACIER IN THE GOBI

June 2002, the Vulture’s Mouth Glacier. In the deepest heart of the Gobi Desert of Mongolia, south of the Flaming Cliffs where Roy Chapman Andrews discovered dinosaur eggs in the 1920s, there is a naked spine of mountains called the Gurvan Saihan. In the Gurvan Saihan there is a deep gorge called Yol Alyn, the Vulture’s Mouth. And in the Vulture’s Mouth, there is a glacier.

It is not a big glacier, the continual ice buildup of a stream that never melts even in the heat of the Gobi summer. Yet it is a glacier nonetheless, thick enough for my son Jackson and I to walk on for more than a mile. The Vulture’s Mouth Glacier is just one of a multitude of extraordinary experiences Mongolia has to offer the explorer. Are you up for exploring it with me this summer of 2022? The Squatter in the White House now has a public approval of 33%, SCOTUS tossed his OSHA vax mandate in the toilet 6-3, his lunatic Atlanta rant went for naught with Manchin/Sinema killing his “voting rights” fraud, inflation at 7% is highest in 40 years with #BareShelvesBiden trending.

It’s going to keep getting worse – especially with Bidenflation getting worse.  Why, is something all TTPers need to understand – and feel free to cut, paste, and email to all their friends.  And that is, the way inflation is measured today is not the same as back in 1982. If it were, the Labor Dept.’s BLS (Bureau of Labor Statistics) would be reporting over 15%.

DESPERATE DEMS MORE DANGEROUS THAN EVER

desperate-dems-sweatingZhou Biden’s “voting rights” speech in Atlanta (1/11) has been widely criticized for dishonesty and demagoguery, but its real significance involves what it told us about the increasing panic that pervades his Democrat Party.

Biden’s sudden pivot from the Build Back Better Act (BBB) to “election reform” betrays a very real fear that his party will lose its tiny majorities in Congress big time unless they seize control of our national elections.

For well over two centuries the states have played the primary role in the administration of congressional elections, as the Constitution specifies. Yet Biden and the Democrats now insist that this time-tested system somehow constitutes a threat to democracy itself.

No, it’s a threat to the Dems’ goal of seizing monopoly power of all America.

THE PARADISE OF ZIHUATANEJO

zihuatanejo-paradiseOnce a small Mexican fishing village far from everything, Zihuatanejo (zee-wah-tan-ay-ho) – Zee-wat to locals – has become a paradisical escape hatch for many seeking refuge from our pressure-cooker world. 150 miles up the northwest coast of Acapulco, Zee-wat is its own world of peace and serenity.

Stroll on the beach or along the Paseo del Pescador (Fisherman’s Path) with its shops, bars, and restaurants unbothered. Just relax surrounded by flowers, warm water, and blue sky. All the worries elsewhere in Mexico, much less in the US or anywhere else are not here.
