THE LAST REFUGE OF LOSERS AND SCOUNDRELS
“Patriotism is the last refuge of scoundrels,” said the British wit Samuel Johnson (1709-84). A proud Tory, Johnson was speaking of us, during the American Revolution. Americans laughed and said Johnson, a worshipper of George III, must be talking about himself.
Racism is the last refuge of losers – and political scoundrels wanting the losers’ votes.
Nazis, the Ku Klux Klan, the “Black Lives Matter” crowd speak of “race traitors.” There is no such thing, because no one owes allegiance to a race. We are individuals, with our own aspirations, abilities and shortcomings, virtues and vices. We should be judged by the content of our character, not as members of an enormous herd into which we were born.
Egged on by America’s Racial-Divider-in-Chief, the racists and scoundrels of “Black Lives Matter” are now calling for a race war and the indiscriminate killing of whites. Here’s a suggestion on how to stop this.

Kevin McCarthy should not be Speaker of the House of Representatives.
The main reason is his gratuitous, ridiculous, and now infamous statement on national television, essentially that the Congressional inquiry into Benghazi was politically motivated.
The continuing Benghazi inquiry is not political frivolity, it is not part of the “Republican War Against Women.” Hillary was Secretary of State, this occurred under her watch, she and her team colluded in the cover-up. Hillary said of the probe, “What difference does it make?” Americans should want and demand all the facts, the truth.
Republicans should have immediately disavowed and promptly repudiated McCarthy’s statement. Benghazi committee members should have publicly taken grave offense. McCarthy should have apologized and withdrawn from the race for House Speaker.
McCarthy has two Republican opponents. Many Congressional Republicans cannot support Daniel Webster (FL-10), who has only been in Congress five years, or Jason Chaffetz, who just now chaired the botched Planned Parenthood hearings.
But these two men likely will force McCarthy into a second ballot. At some point, Republicans (hopefully) will opt for someone of stature and intellect, and I shall mention one: Congressman Ed Royce (CA-39), Chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Committee. Here’s why.
HOW GOVERNMENT IS INCREASING THE MISERY OF THE POOR
Grand Cayman. Government is supposed to make life better for people — particularly the poor — but the U.S. and European governments are increasing the misery of the poor.
In the popular culture, Cayman is viewed as place were tax evaders and money launderers put their wealth. The truth is quite different in that most money laundering takes place in the big financial centers like London and New York, not Cayman.
For many years, Cayman has had information exchange agreements with the Internal Revenue Service and U.S. Treasury and the major European governments — so one would be very foolish to put money in a Cayman bank with the intent of not getting caught for tax evasion or money laundering.
Cayman is a high-income jurisdiction as a result of having a prosperous financial sector (having nothing to do with illegal activity), a vibrant tourist industry, and an increasingly diversified economy.
It also provides a good example of how the US government in collusion with others is increasing the misery of the poor in countries around the world.

What happens when a sociopathic narcissist gets completely humiliated in front of the entire world by a man he hates?
We’re about to find out. Odds are it won’t be anything smart. As Charles Krauthammer points out in Obama’s Syria Debacle yesterday (10/01), Zero has no one to blame but himself for Putin making him an object of humiliated ridicule.
WWRRD? Of course, Putin would never have even dreamed of going in to Syria if he were up against a Ronald Reagan instead of a metrosexual p**sy. But let’s suppose that by some magic wand miracle, Zero had a personality transplant and decided to max out Putin’s vulnerabilities….
The real problem with Zero, however, is not that he’s a p**sy. He’s completely ruthless when dealing with domestic opposition, be they Pubs or the occasional wayward Dem like Bob Menendez, whom he’s trying to put in jail for opposing him on Iran.
The real problem is that he’s a black racist who hates America as much as the racist scum of #BlackLivesMatter, who wants God to damn America just like Jeremiah Wright. Michael Ramirez sums it up….

HEALTH FREEDOM VS. OBAMACARE FASCISM
It is critical to understand that Obamacare is fascist. Exactly why is explained below. Further, The House Pubs have voted to repeal Obamacare 60 times and are now going for 61 – all without a bill of their own to radically improve healthcare for all Americans.
Simply repealing Obamacare is playing defense. The Pubs need to go on the offense with pro-free market anti-fascist healthcare legislation of their own. Real free market medicine – not phony-crony corporatist medicine where Big Government colludes with Big Medicine, Big Insurance, and Big Pharma to restrict competition.
Such Health Freedom legislation would not only fully repeal Obamacare but include:
*Open enrollment in medical schools.*Greatly reduce hospital administrative costs.*Eliminate state mandates and regulatory barriers on health insurance.*Give health care providers a tax credit for charity work.*Restore the 100% deductibility of health care expenses.*Reduce and provide an alternative to malpractice insurance costs.*Repeal the Kefauver Amendment (the efficacy requirement for FDA drug approval)*Allow truthful health claims for nutritional supplements.*Remove government restrictions on the importation of foreign drugs.*Allow the purchase of non-controlled medications without prescription.

YOUR PRAYERS ARE WORKING
Every day this week I shaved, brushed my teeth, showered, dressed myself, made my own breakfast. Big steps for a recovering invalid.
I have multiple myeloma, a bone marrow cancer. Just after I started chemo, I fell down the stairs, tore my left anterior cruciate ligament, complicating treatment for both.
For the last six weeks, I’ve essentially been confined to my bed, with another week or so to go. If you sent me an email, and I haven’t responded, this is why.
I hate being an invalid even more than I thought I would. But I have so much to be grateful for. I owe so much to my wife Pam. To all the caregivers who’ve been so wonderful to me. And I’m especially thankful for your prayers.
Your prayers are working. The first two rounds of chemotherapy have reduced sharply the symptoms of my cancer.

Over and over again, the American people go to the ballot box, over and over again, the American people rise up and say the direction we're going doesn't make sense. We want change. Over and over again, the American people win elections. In 2010, a tidal wave election. In 2014, a tidal wave election. And yet, nothing changes in Washington.

OBAMA’S GENOCIDAL TREASON
No government has the blood of more American soldiers on its hands today than the government of Iran. From Lebanon to Afghanistan to Saudi Arabia to Iraq, Iran has been killing American soldiers for decades.
241 in Beirut. 19 at the Khobar Towers. Over 500 in Iraq and Afghanistan. The last time the United States officially fought Iran was under Reagan. But Iran has never stopped killing Americans. There is no reason to believe that it will stop once it has the nuclear weapons that Obama is helping its leaders obtain.
Obama has not merely appeased Iran out of fear; he sympathizes with its anti-American grievances. As he told his negotiators, Iran’s rulers feel “vulnerable” because of how America “meddled” in “their democracy” and that its anti-Americanism is a “defensive” reaction to “avoid repeats of the past.”
Obama identifies with the anti-American resentments of Muslim terrorists instead of the suffering of their victims. His foreign policy has been based on empowering the enemies of the United States to turn their grievances into a “defense” against American influence and intervention.
This isn’t just Chamberlain. It’s Vidkun Quisling and Philippe Pétain. It’s not bad judgment. It’s treason. Treason that could result in the nuclear death of millions of Americans.
THE LAST DAYS OF HILLARY
Hillary Clinton has spent a third of her adult life trying to become president. All for nothing.
The first time around, she wasted $200 million just to lose to Obama. $11 million of that money came from the notoriously "flat broke" couple. This time around she was determined to take no chances. Together with her husband she built up a massive war chest using money from foreign governments and speaking fees from non-profits, funneled into her own dirty non-profit and a complex network of unofficial organizations staffed by Clinton loyalists, secured an unofficial endorsement from Obama, and carefully avoided answering questions or taking positions on anything.
There was no way she could lose. Now she’s losing all over again. The only lesson that Hillary Clinton drew from her last election try was to double down on all the things she did wrong. Let’s itemize them.
