Mr. Chairman, the Joint Chiefs, generals, admirals, commanders, officers, senior enlisted, NCOs, enlisted and every member of our American military, good morning. Good morning, and welcome to the War Department, because the era of the Department of Defense is over.
You see, the motto of my first platoon was, “Those who long for peace must prepare for war.” This is, of course, not a new idea. This crowd knows that. The origin dates to the fourth century Rome and has been repeated ever since, including by our first commander-in-chief, George Washington, the first leader of the War Department. It captures a simple yet profound truth; to ensure peace, we must prepare for war.
From this moment forward, the only mission of the newly restored Department of War is this: warfighting, preparing for war and preparing to win, unrelenting and uncompromising in that pursuit. Not because we want war. No one here wants war. But it’s because we love peace. We love peace for our fellow citizens. They deserve peace, and they rightfully expect us to deliver it.
Our number one job, of course, is to be strong so that we can prevent war in the first place. The President talks about it all the time. It’s called “peace through strength,” and as history teaches us, the only people who actually deserve peace are those who are willing to wage war to defend it.
That’s why pacifism is so naïve and dangerous. It ignores human nature and it ignores human history. Either you protect your people and your sovereignty, or you will be subservient to something or someone. It’s a truth as old as time. And since waging war is so costly in blood and treasure, we owe our republic a military that will win any war we choose, or any war that is thrust upon us. Should our enemies choose foolishly to challenge us, they will be crushed by the violence, precision, and ferocity of the War Department.
In other words, to our enemies, FAFO. If necessary, our troops can translate that for you.
COMEY IS INDICTED BUT HIS REAL CRIMES REMAIN UNTOUCHED
We have no idea whether the current DOJ indictments will lead to a conviction of James Comey, namely that he authorized FBI subordinates to leak to the media and then lied about it, obstructing Congress in the process.
It may come down to the word of Comey, a known fabricator, against the testimony of his former subordinate, Andrew McCabe, an admitted liar. Take your pick.
We know, however, that Comey is not facing a Trumpian $500 million in potential fines, nor 93 indictments, nor the scrutiny of five different local, state, and federal prosecutors. Nor, like some of the J6 arrested, will he be sent to solitary confinement to await a trial in a year or two or be charged with “illegal parading.”
We also know of the crimes or unethical conduct for which James Comey is not currently being indicted or investigated. Here’s a baker’s dozen of them.
TRUMP’S GAZA PLAN IS THE BEST CHANCE TO END THIS WAR
The Trump plan represents the best hope so far for ending the war in Gaza, giving some prospect of normality and prosperity for the people of Gaza and of developing a sustainable peace in the wider Middle East.
It has also completely turned the tables on Hamas. With Israel and Arab countries on board, the ball is now entirely in Hamas’s court and their response will show the world what many of us have long known: it is not Israel that has kept this war going but Hamas. War or peace is in their hands as it has been from the start.
We will have to see which path they take. But if anything, now is the time not just for Arab countries but for Western nations to step up to the mark. Those that are in a position to do so need to pile the pressure on to Hamas and give them no quarter. We need to hear no more encouragement of Hamas, no more rewarding them by recognizing a Palestinian state and no more unjust lashing out against Israel.
Instead Hamas need to be forced to understand they are isolated and no longer have any friends. If that kind of action had been taken from the beginning we might have been where we are long before now with many lives saved.

LOGO UPDATE! DEMOCRAT DONKEY NOW CARRYING SNIPER RIFLE
WASHINGTON, D.C. — In an update to make the party's longtime insignia more accurate in reflecting its modern platform and constituency, Democrats unveiled a new logo featuring a donkey holding a sniper rifle.
Following a rash of violent crimes perpetrated by members of the political left, the Democrat Party held a closed-door meeting that determined adding a sniper rifle to the logo would best depict what the party stands for and who it represents.
"It's the perfect illustration of what our party stands for," said Ken Martin, head of the Democrat National Committee. "Everyone has known the donkey as the Democrat mascot for decades, but we felt that it no longer conveyed the message of who we are as a party. Giving the donkey a sniper rifle gives us a harder edge while letting everyone know what our party stands for in 2025."
Prominent Democrats believe the updated logo would make the party's agenda clearer to voters. "When you're running political campaigns, it's important to make your message as clear as possible," said Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer. "We're the party of threats, violence, and murder, so it's only right for our logo to accurately reflect that. There's also a ‘Vote for us, or else' vibe to it, which is perfect."
At publishing time, Democrats had made the logo even more modern and inclusive for its current supporters by revealing that the sniper rifle-carrying donkey depicted was actually a male donkey that underwent gender reassignment surgery so it could pretend to be a female donkey.

Order Rises From Chaos
The world stands on the precipice of a new era, a saeculum marked by the resurgence of moral clarity, decentralized power, and a collective yearning for truth.
The events of recent weeks have illuminated the fractures within the old order and heralded the rise of a generation determined to reclaim the narrative.
On September 21, 2025, State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona, became the epicenter of a transformative movement.
Over 100,000 young Americans gathered to honor Charlie Kirk, a conservative activist whose untimely death had galvanized a generation. Overflow crowds filled adjacent arenas, and the event was streamed over 100 million times, underscoring the widespread resonance of the moment.
At the heart of the memorial stood Erika Kirk, whose public forgiveness of her husband's alleged killer became a symbol of grace and moral fortitude. Her act of mercy, delivered amid profound personal anguish, radiated through millions worldwide, converting grief into ordered energy.
Erika's unwavering faith and resilience embodied the archetype of the new saeculum: a generation capable of transforming personal loss into collective purpose.
As the First Turning gained momentum, the old guard responded with characteristic defensiveness. In a striking display of misplaced priorities, left-wing activists rushed to defend Tylenol (acetaminophen) amid emerging concerns about its potential link to autism when used during pregnancy.
Instead of engaging with the growing body of scientific inquiry, they chose to protect the messenger, not the science. Pregnant women, some of whom identified with leftist ideologies, staged public demonstrations consuming Tylenol, symbolically protesting what they perceived as an attack on their body, their choice.
Globally, entrenched powers are exhibiting signs of desperation in the face of shifting dynamics. From Brazil to Russia, leaders are employing legal systems to imprison or silence their opponents, often under the guise of combating corruption or maintaining national security.
These actions serve to eliminate political competition and consolidate power, raising significant concerns about the erosion of democratic norms and the rule of law worldwide.
Few events have signaled the emergence of a new order more clearly than President Donald Trump’s address at the United Nations. His entry into the chamber with the Teleprompter stalled, escalator faltering, was emblematic: institutions that had long claimed moral and organizational authority were visibly fragile.
Trump enacted the principles of the First Turning. He challenged global institutions to justify their existence, demanding that they act with purpose or cede authority. His insistence that nations secure their borders was a call to the disciplined application of civic energy in defense of ordered society.
The Western European delegation bristled, but Eastern Europe and allies like Poland and Hungary recognized the signal: moral and political authority now emanates from those willing to act decisively in the face of chaos.
PUTIN’S FATAL MISTAKE
A lot of people are wondering why Donald Trump suddenly seems to have changed his position on the Ukraine War. But it is simple enough.
Amid all the terrible news about Charlie Kirk, few noticed the resignation (or firing) of Deputy Chief of Staff of the Kremlin and Putin’s only sensible advisor -- Dmitry Kozak.
Kozak was Putin’s alter-ego going back to their early days in St. Petersburg. It was Kozak who had been against the Ukraine War from the start, understanding how weak Russia truly is. And it was Kozak who has been trying to work out a peace deal the last several months.
With his firing, President Trump understands Putin has given up on making some kind of arrangement, no matter how one-sided. Instead, Putin is committed to conquering Ukraine.
Until now, President Trump has been solicitous of Putin, hoping he would work with him to find a face-saving end to this horrible war. Instead, he effectively double-crossed Trump, just to gain another eight months of useless fighting. Big mistake.
THE PHYSICAL BENEFITS OF HAPPINESS
We are all familiar with the basic guidelines for good health: exercise, eat right – more fruits and veggies, more fish, fewer calories, more fiber, less sugar- don’t smoke, don’t abuse alcohol or drugs.
If we follow these guidelines and maintain an optimal weight, many health problems would be greatly diminished.
But there is another dimension to our health. How we think and feel, how we interact with others, and the kind of activities we spend our time doing can have a huge impact on our physical – not only mental -- health.

Reason vs Evil
People celebrating the death of Charlie Kirk are worse than sick—they’re downright evil.
Has there always been this much evil? Or is it worse than it used to be? The answer is not only is it worse, it is much worse, because the philosophical basis of our country has been deteriorating for years.
The United States was created by men of the Enlightenment. The Enlightenment, also known as the Age of Reason, was an intellectual movement in the 17th and 18th centuries that used reason as the primary source of knowledge. In essence, the United States was based on reason, and it is reason that has been abandoned due to bad philosophical ideas.
In the 1920s, the Frankfurt School in Germany taught and expanded upon the ideology of communism by Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels. It was there that Critical theory, a theory that criticizes modern society, was born.
By holding this belief, that Western Civilization stood in the way of provoking a socialist revolution, the Frankfurt School condemned Western culture. To put it another way, they went about trying to destroy Western Civilization because they viewed reason as a threat.
PUTIN RAISES THE STAKES OF REJECTING PEACE DEAL

Three years and seven months after Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, all international initiatives to bring the war to an end have seemingly discontinued.U.S. President Donald Trump’s invitation to Russian President Vladimir Putin to make a peace deal at the summit at the Elmendorf-Richardson base in Alaska on August 15 produced a spike of hopes, but has so far been a dead-end (Re: Russia, September 15).
By refusing to depart from his maximalist demands and rejecting Trump’s offers of compromise, Putin has committed to an indefinite continuation of the war—a choice that may be a mistake as grave as his decision to launch the full-scale invasion on February 24, 2022.
Putin has taken a series of aggressive actions toward NATO, raising the stakes of a Russian defeat and attempting to demonstrate the alliance’s weakness to justify the mounting costs of his war against Ukraine (Republic.ru, September 18).
LET’S GIVE THEM WHAT THEY WANT
For years Democrats have been accusing conservatives of being cruel, heartless individuals. Our crime? Believing in God, the Church, the family, the country, the Constitution, and the rule of law.
Their attempts to claim the moral high ground has led them to institute "restorative justice," where people credibly accused of criminal acts are released without bail. They've instituted policies allowing millions of unvetted, unvaccinated individuals from third-world countries to be welcomed into the country and hundreds of thousands of unaccompanied immigrant children to go missing in four years.
We've watched while Catholic churches were vandalized and burned because we oppose abortion. We've seen normal American citizens called Nazis while obese, hairy drag queens read graphic pornography to kids in public libraries.
We've had enough. The Left has accused us of being intolerant because we object to their lawlessness and depravity. The Left has been using Saul Alinsky's playbook to beat us into submission, and it's time we returned the favor.
RUSSIA RETURNS TO STALIN

On September 11, Russian scholarly journal Russia in Global Affairs highlighted a new research project, “Russia’s Living Idea-Dream: The Code of the Russian in the 21st Century.”
The project aims to build on a similarly titled report published by Sergey Karaganov, one of the founders of the Russian Council on Foreign and Defense Policy, and his like-minded colleagues (Faculty of World Economy and World Politics, July 11).
Karaganov’s work is meant to codify a renewed set of norms for Russian citizenship and identity in the making of a new world order (Russia in Global Affairs, July 2025). It aspires to become a new moral-political guide for Russian society; an analogue of Soviet ideals adapted to modern conditions.
The new Russian code has come to the forefront of public debate at a time of marked resurgence in rehabilitating Stalin’s image. This rehabilitation has manifested in the installation of new monuments to the Soviet dictator and favorable public statements from Russian officials.
BE CAREFUL OF THE CORNERED DEMOCRAT RAT
This is where the Democrat party movement finds itself. Snubbed at the polls, cut off from sub rosa USAID sustenance, humiliated time and again by the ever adroit Donald Trump, and hemorrhaging its plantation BIPOCs, the party has resorted to obscenities, outright antisemitism, and the defense of criminals everywhere (including drug-runners on the Caribbean Sea) as its tonic for combating The Donald.
Our commonsense hope that the Democrats would finally wake up and realize how much their foaming-at-the-mouth hatred, projection, trans adoration, scenery-chewing (Hakeem Jeffries), and irrationality (Stephen King) is costing them has been dashed. Charlie Kirk’s murder did that.
Now we stand in the bright light that brings clarity. The Democrat party has been taken over by nihilists, distorted beings who aim to bring us, our country, and our civilization down to ruin. Any hope that so-called moderate Democrats might amass their collective huevos and rally to the defense of their country flickered out on September 10, 2025.
What’s going to happen now will be actions and counteractions that move us closer to, God forbid, a hot civil war.
WAS THE CURRENT MADNESS BIRTHED IN OUR UNIVERSITIES?

America is currently sick.
The young conservative organizer and media personality Charlie Kirk was just murdered in a political assassination by a 22-year-old ‘anti-fascist’ (Orwellian double-speak for ‘pro-fascist) and trans advocate, Tyler Robinson.
As planned, he eliminated the most astute and successful political activist in a generation. Indeed, Kirk may well have ensured that Donald Trump won the 2024 election by not just increasing his youth vote by 6 percent since 2020 but, more importantly, by margins in the swing states of 15-24 percent, ensuring Trump’s victory.
No sooner was he killed than thousands on left-wing social media erupted in celebration—among them scores of teachers and professors. Their venom was eerily reminiscent of their earlier canonization of left-wing murderer Luigi Mangione. Who are the culprits responsible for this madness?
IRYNA ZARUTSKA, CHARLIE KIRK, AND THE DEMOCRAT PARTY

Three recent events have underscored the catastrophic erosion of the foundational tenets of the United States and the anti-Americanism of the Democrat Party.
The first is the brutal murder of a young woman in Charlotte, N.C., Iryna Zarutska. The second, the assassination of Charlie Kirk. The third, sitting Democrat senator Tim Kaine’s declaration reflecting a fundamental belief within the current Democrat Party that the government is the source and, thus, the final arbiter of all human rights.
Over the centuries, those that deem the state is paramount and, thus, the source of all rights, believe granting, limiting, or denying these rights is the sole discretion of the state based on what the state defines as the greater good.
When the state refuses to recognize the unalienable or God-given rights of its citizens, its society is beset with turmoil and its culture is fraught with no respect for the life, liberty, and property of its individual citizens.
In the case of Iryna Zarutska deference to the perpetrator’s race was more important to the state than her life or liberty. The deliberate creation of an environment wherein the unalienable property right of speech is not tolerated or recognized directly led to the assassination of Charlie Kirk.
BRITAIN RISES: A PATRIOTIC AWAKENING THE ESTABLISHMENT CANNOT CONTAIN
Something fundamental shifted in Britain on September 13, 2025.
In the heart of London, a sea of flags unfurled and hundreds of thousands...no, millions of ordinary men and women marched together for an idea: That Britain must remain Britain, that its borders must be defended, and that its culture, heritage, and people deserve respect. Or else.
Naturally, the mainstream press dutifully downplayed the numbers, claiming “just” 110,000 to 150,000 attended. But I was there, and I can assure you that nobody who was there believes it. It was far larger, at least one million, but probably nearer three. And it did not appear out of nowhere.
It was the culmination of months of patriotic ferment across the country; anti-illegal immigration protests outside migrant hotels, towns and villages covered in Union Jacks, lamp posts wrapped in flags, and St. George’s Crosses painted defiantly on roundabouts, all exploding into London, shaking Britain’s rotten ruling class to its core.

A Turning Point For The USA ________________________________ ***
Charlie Kirk (1993–2025) was a passionate advocate for American ideals, dedicating his life to inspiring young people toward excellence, merit, and virtue. As co-founder of Turning Point USA, he championed free speech and individual potential, urging students to rise above grievance and embrace their capacity for greatness. His death at Utah Valley University, where he was shot by 22-year-old Tyler Robinson, marked a tragic end to a life of purpose.Robinson, once a high-achieving student, became radicalized through online identity algorithms that weaponized his personal failures into ideological rage. His transformation into a lone-wolf actor illustrates a disturbing new threat: high-intellect individuals whose resentment is algorithmically converted into operational violence.
In contrast, the murder of Ukrainian refugee Iryna Zarutska by a schizophrenic repeat offender on a Charlotte train highlights the consequences of systemic neglect. Released without bond by an unqualified magistrate, her killer was allowed to roam free despite clear signs of instability. Her death has sparked a cultural reckoning, with public memorials and funding initiatives underscoring the failure of institutions to protect the vulnerable.
Together, these tragedies expose the dangers of ideological extremism and institutional breakdown. Kirk’s message that excellence must triumph over identity politics resonates more urgently than ever. His legacy calls for a recommitment to principle, merit, and the defense of truth in a time of confusion and violence.
THEY MURDERED CHARLIE KIRK AND THEY MUST PAY
This may be the hardest column I’ve ever written, one where I’m so angry that it’s hard for me to put my words into a sequence that’s both coherent and not profane.
They murdered Charlie Kirk yesterday.
They shot him dead because he dared to exercise his right as a human being to speak freely – contrary to what Democrat senators insist, our rights do not come from government but are endowed within us by our Creator.
So, this was not merely a crime against one man, or against his beautiful family, but against both this country and our God.
And it will be righteously avenged.
He’s not going to be forgotten.
They may have killed him, but they’re not going to kill the movement he started.
Oh no, they don’t get to win.
They don’t get to murder their way to victory.
They don’t get to scare us, intimidate us, or decapitate our movement.
We’re going to double down.
No, we’re going to triple down.
TIM KAINE’S CONSTITUTIONAL BLASPHEMY
Sen. Tim Kaine (D-Va.) this week warned the American people that a Trump nominee for a State Department position was an extremist, cut from the same cloth as the Iranian mullahs and religious extremists.
Riley Barnes, nominated to serve as assistant secretary of State for democracy, human rights and labor, revealed his dangerous proclivities to Kaine in his opening statement when he said that “All men are created equal because our rights come from God, our creator; not from our laws, not from our governments.”
It was a line that should be familiar to any citizen — virtually ripped from the Declaration of Independence, our founding document that is about to celebrate its 250th anniversary.
Yet Kaine offered a very surprising response in the Senate Foreign Relations Committee hearing.
“The notion that rights don’t come from laws and don’t come from the government, but come from the Creator — that’s what the Iranian government believes,” he said. “It’s a theocratic regime that bases its rule on Shia (sic) law and targets Sunnis, Bahá’ís, Jews, Christians, and other religious minorities. They do it because they believe that they understand what natural rights are from their Creator. So, the statement that our rights do not come from our laws or our governments is extremely troubling.”
The idea that laws “come from the government” is the basis of what is called “legal positivism,” which holds that the legitimacy and authority of laws are not based on God or natural law but rather legislation and court decisions.
APPEALS BOARD RULES UNDOCUMENTED IMMIGRANTS INELIGIBLE FOR BOND HEARINGS
[TTP: This isn’t getting much notice in the press, but it is a YUGE win for Trump!]
A federal immigration board said Friday that immigrants who arrived in the United States illegally are ineligible for bond hearings while they challenge deportation proceedings in court.
The decision, rendered by Judge Keith E. Hunsucker at the Board of Immigration Appeals, affirms a previous July order from Todd M. Lyons, acting director of Immigration and Customs Enforcement, who told ICE officers in a memo that such immigrants should be detained “for the duration of their removal proceedings,” which can take months or years.
Lawyers say the policy will apply to millions of immigrants who crossed the U.S.-Mexico border over the past few decades, including under the Biden administration.
THE JUDICIAL COUP IS COLLAPSING
Late last week NBC ran a “news” story featuring a dozen disgruntled federal judges whose rulings against various Trump administration policies have been stayed or overturned by the Supreme Court.
These lower court judges, none of whom had the courage to allow NBC to name them in the article, bewailed the failure of SCOTUS to provide sufficient justification for ruling against them.
It’s blindingly obvious, however, that the real issue they are whining about is the Court’s refusal to countenance their usurpation of the President’s Article II powers and frustrate implementation of his agenda.
Upon assuming office, the President signed a number of executive orders involving a variety of issues. Many of these EOs were challenged by lawsuits filed in district courts presided over by activist judges.
Inevitably, these judges issued “universal injunctions” that halted implementation of the EOs nationwide. The administration filed emergency appeals with SCOTUS to ensure these cases received expedited attention.
According to the NBC story, “The Supreme Court has granted Trump administration requests to block lower court rulings in more than 70 percent of cases brought by the administration that were decided via the shadow docket.” [Cue ominous Darth Vader background audio]
THE GREATEST DEMOCRAT FEAR
President Donald Trump’s greatest achievement within six months was simply ending illegal immigration as we had once known it — without “comprehensive immigration reform” or any other rhetorical trickery.
It remains difficult to find, much less deport, the 10 to 12 million illegal aliens who entered in the last four years.
Those who helped break the law, by design or indifference, now believe it was moral to destroy federal immigration law but immoral to uphold it.
And it is still unclear whether former President Joe Biden’s handlers deliberately sabotaged their own border for political and demographic purposes out of sheer orneriness or utter incompetence.
Many of the left’s cherished totems — massive Green New Deal subsidies, the diversity/equity/inclusion industry, biological males competing in women’s sports, and the USAID revolving door — are either comatose or in their death throes.
The historic drop-off in military recruitment reversed shortly after Trump took office.
Republican voter registration is up, and Democratic registration is down.

When I speak of happiness, I am describing a much richer concept; more akin to what the ancient Greeks called eudaimonia or “success at being human.”
One of the central elements for living well is how we relate to other people. In this regard, happiness is literally the opposite of self-centeredness or self-absorption.
In fact, contrary to many Las Vegas advertisements or Hollywood-lifestyle fantasies, self-absorption is a key ingredient for depression, and single-minded focus on personal pleasure is a recipe for long-term misery.
So here’s the single most effective thing we can do to get an immediate and significant boost to our genuine happiness – and to set the stage for a deeper, long-term happiness as well.
AN HONEST HOUSE? THE END OF RACIAL GERRYMANDERS
Is the US Supreme Court about to disenfranchise black Americans and other racial minority voters?
You would think so, given the hysterical hyperbole found in the progressive press. “The Supreme Court Prepares to End Voting Rights As We Know Them,” shrieks the headline in the Left-wing journal Mother Jones.
Is the Republican majority on the Supreme Court really about to strike down or eviscerate the Voting Rights Act of 1965? Will the Court legalize the outlawed methods used by Southern segregationists to deny the right to vote to black Americans, like literacy tests and poll taxes?
Of course not. The occasion of these alarms is the willingness of the Court to consider a Louisiana case – Louisiana v Callais -- involving the use of race by state legislatures in drawing congressional districts.
What is at issue is the question of whether the half-century-old practice of racial gerrymandering – drawing congressional districts in such a way as to elect representatives of a particular race to the House of Representatives – is compatible with the Voting Rights Act or the US constitution.
IS RUSSIA FALLING APART?
Russian officials are sounding increasingly alarmed and even paranoid in their public statements about the future of their country. Most notably, Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov claimed in September of last year that Western governments have assembled a coalition of at least fifty countries in order to dismember Russia.
What may appear to be political paranoia or an attempt to mobilize citizens behind the regime is not necessarily based on imagined enemies. It reveals the official realization that numerous negative trends are converging on Russia and that the current regime, and even the state itself, may be running out of time.
Three overarching fears preoccupy Russian officialdom: losing the war, economic collapse, and state fracture. The prospect of all three simultaneously occurring soon looms on the horizon.

AWKWARD! OBAMA, HILLARY HIRE SAME HITMAN TO KILL EACH OTHER
U.S. — In an awkward turn of events, former President Barack Obama and former presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton reportedly hired the same hitman to kill each other.
The two political figures were allegedly compelled to target each other as more information related to the Trump-Russia collusion hoax was declassified by Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard, who claims the two were complicit in a coup to undermine the Trump presidency.
