Fascism, as its founders Giovanni Gentile and Benito Mussolini propounded, differed from Marxism in which the State owns the means of production (no private business, no private property). In a fascist economy, the State controls the means of production in a collusion between big corporations and government bureaucracies (the Administrative or “Deep” State).
You can see a clear demonstration of this in America displayed here in the collusion between the FDA and Big Pharma. As Milton Friedman once explained to me: “The two most anti-capitalist groups in America are university professors and big corporate businessmen.”
Which is precisely what VDH (Victor Davis Hanson) described this week in TTP (1/31): Anarchy in America – the corrupt lawlessness of fascist collusion between the Woke Left, the Deep State, Academia, Big Tech, Big Media, and so much of Corporate America like Pfizer and Disney. Call it the Fascist Collusion Alliance.

Another branch of the Fascist Collusion Alliance is the welter of Woke NGOs, “Non-Government Organizations” funded by taxpayer dollars. One of the most execrable is Peter Daszak’s EcoHealth Alliance who colluded with NIH’s Anthony Fauci to secure ten of millions to fund coronaviruses at the Chicom Wuhan Virology Lab.
It was busted this week with The Office of the Inspector General of the NIH reporting that the NIH did not properly monitor EcoHealth’s subgrant to the Wuhan Institute of Virology for doing gain of function research on bat corona viruses:

Interesting that just before that tweet of Taibbi you see above, he tweeted this photo of a obliterated Russian ammo convoy in Ukraine last month, and link to this article in Russian Dissent: The Collapse of the Vertical – The brittleness of a top-down society.
It is by Russian patriots condemning the Kremlin for plunging their country into total catastrophe with war and corruption. They see corruption in Russia as a terminal cancer for which there is no cure.
It’s good news that however much corruption in Ukraine is dwarfed by Russia’s, it exists and is now being rooted out.
