HALF-FULL REPORT 08/01/25

But hasn’t the Supreme Court ruled Presidents have immunity from prosecution?  Yes… but.

Remember Trump’s infamous Second Impeachment Trial?  The trial began on February 9, 2021 – when Trump was no longer President (he was acquitted Feb 13).  This is precedent for impeaching a president for offenses committed while in office after he is out of office.

 

Now let’s cite Article I Section 3 Clause 7 of the Constitution:

“Judgment in Cases of Impeachment shall not extend further than to removal from Office, and disqualification to hold and enjoy any Office of honor, Trust or Profit under the United States: but the Party convicted shall nevertheless be liable and subject to Indictment, Trial, Judgment and Punishment, according to Law.”

 

Thus, should Obama be successfully impeached, he can be constitutionally indicted for treason as Trump correctly claims.

Yes, impeachment conviction by 2/3 of the Senate present and voting is a high bar.  However, there is another but.

 

On July 1, 2024, SCOTUS ruled on Trump v United States:

“Held: Under our constitutional structure of separated powers, the nature of Presidential power entitles a former President to absolute immunity from criminal prosecution for actions within his conclusive and preclusive constitutional authority. And he is entitled to at least presumptive immunity from prosecution for all his official acts. There is no immunity for unofficial acts.”

 

How, then, could Obama’s treasonously conspiring to invent his Russia-Trump Collusion Hoax with Hillary, Comey, Brennan, Clapper et al be “within his conclusive and preclusive constitutional authority”?  His conspiring was clearly an unofficial act for which SCOTUS ruled he can be tried and convicted.

Bondi DOJ can prosecute him with no need to bother and tie up Congress in needless impeachment proceedings.  Lock him up!

NY Post November 5, 2021

Note the date of almost four years ago.  As you know, Hillary’s Steele Dossier that made wild claims against Trump was primary source material for the creation of Obama’s Russiagate. The “Real Collusion Case” the Post headlines is that between Hillary making those claims up and the Russian, Igor Danchenko, who invented them.

As you can read in the Wikipedia entry on Igor, he is still a Russian citizen, living in Virginia, who was acquitted of all charges in October 2022.  How did that happen?  One name:  Chris Wray.  He needs to be added to the Russiagate Conspirators List.

You can see that the Post story was about Danchenko’s arrest resulting from Special Prosecutor John Durham’s accusation he lied to the FBI about his Dossier claims.  This week the world learned why the Durham Investigation of what’s now known as Russiagate amounted to nothing: Chris Wray killed it.

Among T45’s multitude of massive personnel mistakes was replacing traitorous James Comey with another Deep Stater, Chris Wray as FBI Director. That was in August 2017.  Wray proceeded to cover up or excuse all FBI betrayal of Trump all the way through T45’s term and all the way through Biden’s White House infestation, until T47 forced him to quit in January 2025.

The latest Russiagate news is about the “Durham Annex” – that part of the Durham Report released to the public in 2023, but has classified and hidden away by none other than… FBI Director Chris Wray.

 

Yesterday (7/31): Declassified Durham Annex Reveals FBI Ignored Evidence Of A Clinton Plan To Create Russia Hoax. It shows the hoax plot was invented by Hillary’s foreign policy advisor Julianna Smith (subsequently Biden’s Ambassador to NATO) and her friend, George Soros’ Open Society senior vice president Leonard Benardo, signed off and implemented by Hillary working with Obama.

While Tulsi and Kash are justifiably getting all the headlines – like Patel Found Thousands Of Sensitive Trump–Russia Probe Docs Inside ‘Burn Bags’ In Secret Room At FBI, a scorcher must-read on Wednesday (7/30) – others on the Trump Team deserve standing ovations as well.

Such as EPA Director Lee Zeldin. On Tuesday (7/29): EPA Chief Lee Zeldin to Rescind ‘Holy Grail of the Climate Change Religion’ That Led to $1 Trillion in Regulations.

All the hair-on-fire screeching from the climate fascisti tells Lee he’s hit paydirt. The New York Times: In Game-Changing Climate Rollback, E.P.A. Aims to Kill A Bedrock Scientific Finding.  Yeah, bedrock for the fascisti.

 

The Obama EPA created its Endangerment Finding in 2009, claiming CO2 as a greenhouse gas was endangering  human health, and used it to mandate all manner of controls over the auto industry – resulting, as just one example, in automobile prices rising from $23,000 in 2009 to nearly $50,000 now.  Zeldin explained:

“With this proposal, the Trump EPA is proposing to end sixteen years of uncertainty for automakers and American consumers. In our work so far, many stakeholders have told me that the Obama and Biden EPAs twisted the law, ignored precedent, and warped science to achieve their preferred ends and stick American families with hundreds of billions of dollars in hidden taxes every single year. We heard loud and clear the concern that EPA’s GHG [Greenhouse Gas] emissions standards themselves, not carbon dioxide which the Finding never assessed independently, was the real threat to Americans’ livelihoods. If finalized, rescinding the Endangerment Finding and resulting regulations would end $1 trillion or more in hidden taxes on American businesses and families.”

 

Sane headlines are prevailing.  The Wall Street Journal calls this  Climate Regulation Liberation Day.  The Tampa Free Press celebrated: Buckle Up, America: EPA Axes Obama-Era Climate Rule, Paving Way For Cheaper Cars.  The NY Post really celebrated: Axing EPA’s ‘Endangerment’ BS Will Unleash A New Era Of US Prosperity:

“Hooray for President Donald Trump and EPA chief Lee Zeldin for moving to roll back trillions of dollars in federal mandates by undoing the Obama-era greenhouse-gas “endangerment” finding.

 

Back in 2009, Environmental Protection Agency functionaries listed carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases as posing a public-health threat — not for any actual toxicity, but because of their role in speeding global warming. That in turn allowed for unprecedented EPA regulation of factories, power plants and auto emissions — including the hated stop-start feature.

 

None of it ever made sense: Congress created the EPA in 1970 to fight actual poisons in our water and air, not to manage complex bank-shot contingencies as the “endangerment” finding envisioned. After long teasing the repeal, Zeldin finally made the ‘largest deregulatory action in the history of America’ official Tuesday; it’ll be a huge win for energy sanity.”

So… “climate change” is dying as the Left’s latest  rationale for controlling everyone’s life except theirs.  At the same time, the Left’s cultural Wokeism is dying too.  Wokeists going completely bat guano crazy of Sydney Sweeney’s great blue jeans is their death rattle.  This one observation sums it up:

“The fact that neither American Eagle nor Sydney Sweeney has apologized, said they still have to learn, pulled the advertisements or said they would institute sensitivity training shows that woke is dead. Five years ago one day of complaints would’ve ended that campaign. Now the woke deluge of hate is just being laughed at.”

 

That and American Eagle’s stock price and blue jeans sales have skyrocketed way over the roof.

 

There’s a Super Irony in this.  Sitting down? Hope so.  Turns out that just a few years ago, American Eagle was Super Woke – and going broke with ad campaigns featuring enormously fat black women bulging their jeans.  They wised up – just like most all of America is doing now.
