HALF-FULL REPORT 03/21/25
Thank You, Elon
Many people suggested negotiating with Russia to end the war in Chechnya in the 1990s. The Chechens attempted this approach multiple times, making peace deals with Russia. However, each time, Russia used the ‘peace’ to prepare for its next, more devastating military offensive while still waging a hybrid war. In reality, Russia’s war against the Chechens never ceased until their territory and people were consumed and weaponized for Russia’s next war against other nations.
If Ukrainians stopped resisting, they would face the same fate as the Chechens. Moreover, the children of Ukrainians being attacked and stolen today could be used in future conflicts against other nations. The world tried to justify looking away in the 1990s by claiming that Chechnya was part of Russia. Now, the argument has shifted to “Ukraine was part of the Russian Empire.” Imperial logic can lead anywhere, and Russia will always find a pretext to advance. Sacrificing one more nation to Russian aggression will never make it stop.
This brings us to the ceasefire negotiations underway in Saudi Arabia between the United States and Russia. A 30-day ceasefire against energy infrastructure was reached this week and promptly violated as someone attacked a natural gas metering station near Kursk last night. Russia and Ukraine continue to slug it out as before, with neither side willing to show their cards.
Russia is estimated to have taken 900,000 military casualties, which includes killed and wounded, and these losses are not included in the population pyramid. If the war continues, the slight Russian teenager population bulge will be killed, and Russia will effectively lose its domestic workforce.
Putin does not need Ukrainian land, he needs warm bodies for their labor. Ukrainians understand this, and like their kidnapped children, they would rather not become Russian slaves.
President Trump continues to expose Russian economic limitations as the State Department under Marco Rubio continues to negotiate a ceasefire. Russia is demanding that land now occupied belongs to Russia, and there will be no concessions.
Look, I don’t have insider information on these negotiations. But I did participate in major construction contract negotiations between the Commissariat of the USSR and the large Finnish construction company that I worked for during the late 1980s.
Our negotiator, Mr. Heimo Torvinen, was a tough man, and he understood the Russians well. It was typical for each negotiation to start with an agreement in principle, which was no more than a courtesy.
The Russians cannot concede terms until they have positioned a suitable scapegoat, no matter how trivial the point. They negotiate until the last moment, when all options are gone, and hope that their opponent faces pressure to close the deal. They run out the clock and swap negotiating teams frequently as a delaying tactic.
My first exposure to Soviet style negotiations was a real shocker, but the Finns assured me that arguing every point and then rearguing was both typical and expected. President Trump certainly understands this, which might be why he emphasized making a deal quickly in public, but appears willing to go the distance behind closed doors.
Two conditions are needed to halt the war. The first is running out the clock on Russia by eroding their economy at an ever-increasing rate. The second is to provide the scapegoat, the excuse, or the grand narrative for Russian society to give up the fight and move on.
Trump is creating the narrative of a rare earth pot of gold on Ukrainian land that will be developed to fund a reconstruction account. The rare earths might not even exist, but the narrative does. Including Russia in this phantom account might very well provide the scapegoat or justification for stopping the war that Russia must have. They need a grand narrative before the war can end. Otherwise, they will keep going until Russia bleeds white.

The Zizian Cult: Hating Musk
The Zizians, a decentralized domestic terrorist group formed in 2016, have been connected to six violent deaths across the U.S. between 2022 and 2025. Although they lack a clear leader, they are frequently linked to Ziz LaSota.
The group adheres to anarchist beliefs, places emphasis on animal rights and veganism, and subscribes to the notion that the brain’s hemispheres can possess different genders and conflicting interests. Some members of the group have been implicated in violent confrontations, such as the murders of David Maland, Curtis Lind, and Richard and Rita Zajko. Two associates of the group, Emma Borhanian and Ophelia Bauckholt, were also killed during these incidents.
Many, perhaps a majority, of the Zizians are transvestites from the tech sector who envision a future world governed by AI algorithms under their control. For years, Tesla automobiles were regarded by the group as AI on wheels, aligning with their belief that human decision-making should be replaced by machines programmed to treat transvestites as the truly enlightened.
The group first encountered law enforcement in Sonoma County, California, when they were discovered breaking into Westminster Woods Park wearing dark robes, armed with rifles, and carrying masks. The park was hosting a group of elementary school children and a meeting of the Center for Rationality, a tech industry group associated with artificial intelligence development.
The Sonoma County Sheriff’s Department described their arrest as a high-intensity, high-risk takedown. The perpetrators were transsexuals, men pretending to be women, and demanded female officers for the pat-downs. The Sheriff’s department called in the SWAT team, which proceeded to evacuate the children and teachers in an armored vehicle. With a helicopter, the police spent hours searching the 200-acre complex for armed protesters.
The perpetrators were transported, handcuffed, to a detention facility in nearby Santa Rosa. The protesters refused to cooperate in any way. “I know your face!” one said to the officers as they were taken into the facility. “You are slavers. You are Nazis.” The four protesters — Emma Borhanian, Gwen Danielson, Ziz LaSota, and Alex Leatham — refused to give their names to the police, who eventually used fingerprints to identify them.
The Zizian community had evolved from a largely technical movement to a social one, engaging in philosophical debates about AI, game theory, the singularity, and how to live a more rational life through transvestism.
Over time, the group grew and became notorious as rental property squatters that would murder landlords without hesitation. However, they remained underground for the most part.
Then suddenly the group became active in March 2025 and began firebombing Tesla dealerships, vandalizing Tesla vehicles, and publishing the home addresses of Tesla owners while using the same battle cry,“ You are slavers. You are Nazis.”
Somebody financed these wing nuts for nine or ten years, and they went kinetic after their funds were cut off.
Great. Now we have a group of murderous transvestite computer nerd terrorists. Let’s hope that the FBI and DOJ do the right things, and let’s hope that the layers are all unfolded.

Quantum Computing is Advancing
Why should we consider abolishing the IRS, and why are government bureaucrats so problematic? One reason is that they are becoming outdated in the age of Artificial Intelligence, where the work of almost every member of the laptop computer class is quickly becoming redundant. This is a fact that they, along with everyone else, are well aware of.
The world is evolving at a rapid pace, and those who once held power by controlling the flow of information and documentation are now considered relics of the past.
Quantum computing is making significant strides, moving beyond the traditional representation of data bits as either a one or a zero, to now include the possibility of a bit being both simultaneously. This week, both the USA and China announced advancements in quantum computing, hinting that the first quantum computers may already be operational in secretive labs. The first entity to apply these advanced machines to the vast data collections of companies like Google will gain an extraordinary ability to identify patterns. The direction of these advancements is explained in this brief video:

Changes at the FBI
An FBI agent named Jonathan Buma, who previously claimed that former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani may have been compromised by Russian agents and accused the first Trump administration of Russian collusion, was arrested at John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York before he could leave the country. Buma was charged with unlawfully disclosing confidential information.
According to the criminal complaint, Buma, a 15-year veteran of the FBI specializing in counterintelligence, allegedly printed out nearly 130 files from FBI networks in October 2023. Some of these files contained sensitive information related to a foreign adversary and confidential human sources. Buma is accused of using this information in his autobiographical book, which he worked on during an unpaid leave of absence. He circulated drafts of the book via email and shared excerpts on social media, allegedly revealing information about the FBI’s investigations into a foreign nation’s weapons of mass destruction program.
After being arraigned in a federal court in Brooklyn, Buma was released on a $100,000 bond. As of the latest reports, he had not entered a plea, and his lawyer had not responded to requests for comment.
So this is what is has come down to? Federal agents creating investigations out of whole cloth to position themselves as heroes and cash in with a book deal. These are called false flag operations, or maybe some kind of Münchhausen Syndrome by Proxy, where the perp seeks to be a hero by inventing and then solving a false crisis.
Surly, with all the psychological expertise at the disposal of the government, there must be a way to avoid hiring nut jobs.
The death penalty for espionage was reinstated by President Trump during his first term.

Ending the Department of Education
Former President Jimmy Carter created the Department of Education as part of a deal to gain support from teachers. Since it was established by Congress, there are challenges to eliminating the department. President Trump instructed the Secretary of Education, Linda McMahon, to take all legal measures to prepare for the shutdown of the department, ensuring his orders were within the bounds of the law. Responsibilities such as determining eligibility for student loans and grants will be transferred to the states.
States will have more control over their education systems, allowing them to tailor policies to their specific needs and demographics. This could lead to more diverse educational approaches across the country.
National educational standards and benchmarks could become less uniform, which might impact the consistency of education across the country. This is great as it allows experimentation and adaptation to improve the current minimum standards. For instance, schools located in agricultural regions might be able to finally add relevant course content to their curricula.
The distribution of educational funding would likely change, with more responsibility falling on state and local governments. This could result in changes to how much funding is available and how it is allocated. Each state might find its own way here.
Many federal programs, like those related to civil rights enforcement in education and support for disadvantaged students, could be affected. States would need to decide how to manage these programs at the local level and in accordance with the student mix in individual districts. Not all states, such as California, are expected to support the transfer of decision rights to local school districts. But most probably will.
America had the finest education system in the world before the establishment of the Department of Education and the transfer of control to the radical socialists and communists that formed the education deep state. The USA ranks 40th now.

Greenpeace Found Liable for Hundreds of Millions in Damages
A jury in North Dakota ruled that Greenpeace is responsible for hundreds of millions in damages to the Dakota Access Pipeline, which is owned by the Texas-based company, Energy Transfer. This ruling is likely to bankrupt Greenpeace, particularly given that their funding from USAID no longer exists.
The pendulum is definitely swinging.

JFK Files Released
This week, approximately 50,000 out of 80,000 documents related to the JFK assassination were made public, and researchers are converting them into formats that can be read by machines. Some interesting points have emerged so far. Notably, communications between the CIA and President Lyndon B. Johnson before and immediately after the assassination were not included in the release, leaving a significant gap in the records.
It has also come to light that James Angleton, a key figure in the CIA known for his role as the head of counterespionage, had a file on Lee Harvey Oswald dating back to 1959, which consisted of around 160,000 pages. This has led to theories that Angleton was coordinating with, communicating with, or using Oswald in some capacity related to counterespionage. Given Oswald’s history of defecting to Russia and living in Mexico City, it would be understandable for the CIA to have a file on him. However, the sheer size of the file is remarkable.
The most crucial documents imply the involvement of two, or potentially three, shooters in the assassination. It appears that the Lyndon B. Johnson administration interfered in the investigation to promote and establish the single-gunman theory. Although no documents from the released files mention connections to the Mafia, there are records that reveal the CIA’s anger and frustration over President John F. Kennedy’s choice to withhold air support during the Bay of Pigs invasion.

F-47 Next-Generation Air Dominance Fighter (NGAD)
Boeing won the competition to produce the F-47, America’s first sixth generation fighter, beating out Lockheed Martin. The mission involves acting as the primary aircraft for cooperative combat drones, known as collaborative combat aircraft, or CCAs. These drones are highly capable and will likely fill the role of entire attack squadrons. The contract for these drones has not been awarded yet, but the two competing companies are Anduril and General Atomics Corporation.
The upcoming aircraft will feature a new engine designed with a variable bypass ratio, aimed at enhancing performance and fuel efficiency. However, details about this engine remain undisclosed, and it’s uncertain if it will be ready for use.
Boeing will likely produce the aircraft in St. Louis, using the current F/A-18 production line. The F/A-18 production run is nearing completion.
Can there be any doubt that the UFO reports of the past five years were related to the development of this aircraft?
