HALF-FULL REPORT 01/26/24
This is the Black Swan that may give us our America back from those who have stolen it. This is it, folks – the moment determining our country’s destiny has arrived.
This morning (1/26), the Republican Governors Association (rga.org) announced that 25 governors released a joint statement supporting Texas Gov. Greg Abbott.
“President Biden and his Administration have left Americans and our country completely vulnerable to unprecedented illegal immigration pouring across the Southern border. Instead of upholding the rule of law and securing the border, the Biden Administration has attacked and sued Texas for stepping up to protect American citizens from historic levels of illegal immigrants, deadly drugs like fentanyl, and terrorists entering our country.
“We stand in solidarity with our fellow Governor, Greg Abbott, and the State of Texas in utilizing every tool and strategy, including razor wire fences, to secure the border. We do it in part because the Biden Administration is refusing to enforce immigration laws already on the books and is illegally allowing mass parole across America of migrants who entered our country illegally.
“The authors of the U.S. Constitution made clear that in times like this, states have a right of self-defense, under Article 4, Section 4 and Article 1, Section 10, Clause 3 of the U.S. Constitution. Because the Biden Administration has abdicated its constitutional compact duties to the states, Texas has every legal justification to protect the sovereignty of our states and our nation.”
There is true irony in how SCOTUS triggered this. On Monday (1/22), Roberts and Barrett sided with the Court’s 3 libs vacating an injunction by the 5th Circuit preventing federal Border Patrol agents from cutting razor wire used by the Texas National Guard at the Eagle Pass illegal alien border crossing.
All the screaming “Off with their heads!” re Roberts and Barrett ignores that theirs is a procedural ruling, not on the merits of the case. The Appeals court issued a preliminary injunction before ruling on the case itself (the 5th Circuit hearings on the case begin on February 7), which the Justices ruled improper.
In other words, what SCOTUS did not do is rule that fed agents have a constitutional right to physically prevent Texas from protecting its border from invasion. That case hasn’t been heard yet much less ruled upon. There is no constitutional crisis until and unless SCOTUS does rule and Texas refuses to comply.
Bottom line legally right now is, a lower court ruling that federalies can cut Texas border wire, while nothing prevents Texas from putting up more wire to replace it. Again, there is no SCOTUS ruling extant.
You can bet your sweet bippy that Barrett in particular had no idea what her deciding vote would unleash the Kraken. So, thank you Amy!!

This sudden Black Swan has uncorked all the pent up rage and resentment against Biden’s treasonous open borders – which in turn is causing Biden to delightfully overreact. Dems are now apoplectic, demanding he federalize the Texas National Guard as Eisenhower did in 1957 with Arkansas National Guard to end the segregation of Little Rock High School in defiance of Arkansas Gov. Orval Faubus (“The Little Rock Nine”).
Right. Ike was acting in accordance with a real SCOTUS decision (Brown v Board of Education 1954) in a moral act to end Democrat Jim Crow laws – and Dems now want to use a non-existent SC case decision to force their traitorously illegal invasion upon Texas.
We should hope FJB accedes to their demands and tries, as you can be egregiously sure the Texas National Guard will not comply. Abbott is precisely correct in his public statement of January 24 (I urge you read it entire, a 2 min read), in which he concludes:
“James Madison, Alexander Hamilton, and the other visionaries who wrote the U.S. Constitution foresaw that States should not be left to the mercy of a lawless president who does nothing to stop external threats like cartels smuggling millions of illegal immigrants across the border. That is why the Framers included both Article IV, § 4, which promises that the federal government “shall protect each [State] against invasion,” and Article I, § 10, Clause 3, which acknowledges “the States’ sovereign interest in protecting their borders.” Arizona v. United States, 567 U.S. 387, 419 (2012) (Scalia, J., dissenting).
The failure of the Biden Administration to fulfill the duties imposed by Article IV, § 4 has triggered Article I,§ 10, Clause 3, which reserves to this State the right of self-defense. For these reasons, I have already declared an invasion under Article I, § 10, Clause 3 to invoke Texas’s constitutional authority to defend and protect itself. That authority is the supreme law of the land and supersedes any federal statutes to the contrary. The Texas National Guard, the Texas Department of Public Safety, and other Texas personnel are acting on that authority, as well as state law, to secure the Texas border.”
Note Abbott is careful to say that Texas law does not supersede any Supreme Court decision for there hasn’t been any in this matter so far.

So how will this end? My bet is with Abbott winning, Biden caving, which will accelerate the woketard howl that Crooked Joe announce he will no longer run for reelection. No way he’ll resign as that would make Heels Up Harris president and the Dem nominee (unless she in turn announces she won’t run for election).
What happens then? Yep, you guessed it. She’s all the Dems have. On Monday (1/22), the NY Post reported: Michelle Obama May Already Be Working On A 2024 White House Bid.
Can you imagine the uber-hyperbolic panegyrics the entire leftie media will gush over Mooshell? We’ll be subject to a feeding frenzy of over-the-top optimism for her as the Dems’ Wonder Woman who’s sure to slay the evil Trump Dragon.
And you know what’ll happen? The total obverse of what’s happened to Trump. With El Donaldo, the more he was attacked by the Wokerati, the more that lawfare was corruptly waged against him, the stronger he became..
With Mrs. Obama, whom everyone will see is a shill for her husband’s illicit third term (actually fourth as he’s FJB’s puppeteer), the more the media attempts to force their unctuous ooze down voters’ throats, the more they will reject her. Watch for it and enjoy.

Isn’t that headline yesterday (1/25) on CNN a thing of beauty? This is another reason the media can’t spin up a tidal wave of electoral energy for Mrs. Zero – no one pays much attention to them anymore. They’re firing people by the gross and losing their shirts will collapsing advertising revenue.
