Cochin, Kerala, India. Welcome to India’s Malabar Coast, known as the Garden of Spices for 5,000 years.
Trade routes for black pepper and other spices were established with ancient Sumer by 3,000 BC, and continued with Babylon, Egypt, Greece and Rome. By 573 BC, there was a flourishing Jewish merchant community here.
In 52 AD, St. Thomas the Apostle, one of Jesus’ 12 Disciples, arrived in Cochin to establish one of the very earliest Christian churches, which continues to thrive today, the St. Thomas Christians.
After Vasco da Gama’s pioneering a sailing route from Portugal around Africa to here in 1498, the Portuguese made Cochin the center of their spice trade, ruling here for 163 years and further cementing Christianity.
They were followed by the Dutch, then the British, thus after almost 2,000 years, it is little wonder that there are Christian churches of various denominations everywhere and devoutly attended – from huge centuries-old cathedrals to modern glass temples:
Thus it is also little wonder that Kerala is India’s most prosperous state, with many people living very well:
But where there is prosperity, there is envy. So it is little wonder too that Kerala is the bastion of the Communist Party of India (CPI), and of the Communist Party of India-Marxist (CPI(M)) for whom the CPI isn’t sufficiently filled with envious hate.

Bernie Sanders would feel right at home.
As the IBD so accurately describes him, Bernie is nothing more than A Bum Who Wants To Take Your Money. As are all Communists. Bernie only calls himself a “Socialist” because he hasn’t got the integrity to call himself what he really is, a hard-core Marxist Commie, an envious little schmuck who hates “the rich” because he’s an incompetent failure, never able to earn an honest living and accomplish much of anything.
Only idiotic fools and envy-fueled fascists are Commies or “Socialists.” That this pathetic putz is popular especially among Millennials is a terrible indictment of what America is becoming. Twenty-somethings enraptured by Bernie haven’t all got two-digit IQs. It’s that they’ve been made to feel they can’t make it on their own, that their only future is to be dependent on government handouts of some kind – and that feeling of dependency makes them stupid.
So let’s be clear about two things:
First, Bernie Sanders is a Fascist. His goal is personal fascist power to put a gun at people’s heads and steal their money in revenge for his feelings of gross inferiority. If he lived in Kerala, he’d be a member of the Communist Party of India (Marxist). As he lives in America, he pretends he’s a harmless “Socialist.”
Second, anyone who supports Bernie Sanders is an idiot – either an actual room temperature IQ idiot, or a self-made one via willful refusal to use their capacity for rational thought.
There are millions of such idiots. Just as there are millions so morally depraved they support the evil of Hillary. Just as there are millions so demented by rage at what’s happening to their country they support the grotesque fraud of Trump.
Are there enough millions of clear-thinking Christians and patriotic pro-freedom Americans to vault Ted Cruz over all of this political lunacy? Are there enough Christians and pro-freedom Indians in Kerala to overcome the growing power of the Communist parties there?
Maybe not. And if not, freedom and prosperity in either is doomed. It will not matter to the rest of the world if that happens to Kerala. But if that happens for the world’s only real hope for freedom and prosperity – America – then the future for billions is in jeopardy.
That future will be decided in the next few months. The decisive question is: will Americans regain their sanity after losing it over Zero or not? They must choose sanity or dementia, freedom or fascism, and choose quickly.
And if they choose wrong, they may never be given another chance to choose ever again.
