A Week of Applied Leadership
“Build fast.” This is the instruction President Trump gave to Ambassador David Friedman when discussing the new American Embassy in Jerusalem.
Instead of one Billion dollars and 5-10 years, the embassy was pulled together in three months for well under half a million dollars. The ribbon cutting ceremony is next Monday, May 14.
The glass is more than half full this week as the United States, and by extension, the free world won one major victory after another. Some profound corruption is being exposed. Peace through strength is a reality.
President Trump’s leadership style can be expressed as “Build Fast.” Build fast after careful planning and testing for technical and policy risks. He is achieving big things and with incredible speed. It is best that we study his methods and learn how to replicate. We all need to understand how the President gets so much done.
The Washington establishment uses a linear management technique called Line of Balance. President Hoover brought the concept to Washington after using it during the digging of the Panama Canal. Roosevelt adopted it, and we fought WWII from the line of balance perspective.
Government agencies, departments, and financial controls have pretty much followed the methodology ever since. Two exceptions stand out: The Manhattan Project and the Gemini Space program. These used Agile management.
After a century, line of balance is now outdated and by default, so are many of the swamp creatures that view government as a massive money spending machine. One can just imagine a government functionary snooting down their nose as they lecture, “Proper government, don’t you plebes all see, follows a Gantt chart.”
Winning the Trump way is modern, elegant, fast, and effective. This week is full of examples of Trumpian effectiveness delivered ahead of the schedule. Ahead of the budget.
President Trump summed up the week rather well in his speech in Elkhart, Indiana yesterday, May 10. It was a barn-burner in a city that experienced 15% unemployment during Obama’s Dismal Eight.
Things are rolling along nicely in Elkhart, the RV and camper trailer production capital of the world. Note the references to the speed of execution and updating the way government activities are executed in President Trump’s speech.

Over 3.3 million new jobs have been created using the U3 determinant of unemployment. U3 is the same metric used by Obama. The picture is even better using the broader U6 measure.
How? By moving from a regulatory environment that prescribes policies and procedures in detail to an environment defining boundaries and limits but not execution details.
President Trump is tightly aligned with the spirit of the Bill of Rights. We all remember Obama describing “negative rights” in the Constitution as a grave error and his legacy vision of converting negative rights to positive rights for the government. If President Obama likes his legacy, he can keep his legacy.
President Trump’s approval rating among black men, Hispanics, and non-black women doubled since the fourth quarter of 2017. The increase has been so fast and so dramatic that the lying swine media stopped reporting approval poll results.
It seems that blacks, Hispanics, and women need jobs too, and President Trump has delivered with the lowest unemployment rates among blacks and Hispanics in American History and the lowest unemployment for women since the turn of the century.
Kanye West and Candace Owens deserve credit for the great awakening among minorities. One of the best things about Kanye West is the pub he gave Candace Owens. Now Trump has too.
Besides being brilliant and beautiful, Candace is a force to be reckoned with who takes no crap, as leftie journos who smear her and other black conservatives are about to find out.
President Trump has been preparing to change minority affiliation for decades. Below is a video that stitches together decades of President Trump’s brilliant marketing to women and minorities.
Watch it for the demographics. RINO Romney abandoned the 47%; Trump cultivated them. The Republican Party is now unquestionably Trump’s Party. The Dems are in the deep hokey pokey.

Mike Pompeo got right to work as Secretary of State before he was even confirmed. The New York Times declared him AWOL in a snarky article before being forced to retract as it became clear that Pompeo met with Kim Jung-un quietly in North Korea to discuss a future summit.
Three American hostages, Tony Kim, Kim Dong-chul, and Kim Hak-song were released by North Korea and brought back to Washington as a pre-condition for the further discussions. No ransoms were paid, no sanctions were lifted. No bad guys were exchanged for good guys.
President Trump greeted the released hostages about 03:00 Thursday morning at Andrews Air Force Base. He returned to the White House at 04:30 and performed a full day’s work before traveling to the evening’s Indiana rally.
It is great to have a workhorse at the top instead of the previous show pony.
Satellite imaging reveals the removal of buildings and structures at the North Korean nuclear test sites. “Earthquake” damage to the North Korean nuclear program appears to be even more extensive than initially thought. Here
Kim Jong-un is seen skipping like a school-girl, smiling from ear to ear and exhibiting public displays of emotion unseen before. Rocket Man went to Moon and stepped over the border into South Korea, and President Moon reciprocated.
A summit between President Trump and Kim Jong-un is scheduled for June 12 in Singapore. It is a neutral location and (importantly) a model for a future and potentially free North Korea.
The physical resources needed to transform North Korea into a new Singapore exist in abundance. The North Korean attitude has been the problem. However lately, North Korea is experiencing a Trumpian attitude adjustment.
A funny thing happened on the path to the meeting. Some North Korean generals and politicos have gone missing. Where did they go? Were they retired? Or buried?
President Trump might be the first to recognize that the Kims were held captive by their version of a deep state. Psyops can be very powerful, and under the Trumpian view that Kim Jong-un lacked freedom of action, the frequent murder of his family members kept Kim and other political actuaries in line.
Someone somewhere might know what happened to the prominent members of the North Korean deep state.
Coincidentally, Saudi Arabia is estimated to have 360,000 special forces soldiers trained to infiltrate hostile territory and liquidate point targets.
For years it has been common for Western media to discredit the effectiveness of the Saudi military. Discredit no more as both Israeli technology and Saudi wealth are part of the GCC, the Gulf Cooperation Council. Israeli Tech and Saudi money get things done in a hurry. The GCC is on the Trump Train.
Israel bombed Iranian military sites in Syria several times this week. Not proxies, actual Iranian military forces. Putin did not provide air cover for the Iranians.
Iran’s attempt to build missile sites in Syria and garrison a military force capable of engaging Israel is in jeopardy, as is the construction of an apparent nuclear material handling facility of some sort.
President Trump terminated the Iranian deal, the JCPOA, triggering protests from Obama, Brennan, Kerry, Ben Rhodes and at least a score of other usual suspects.
John Kerry rushed to negotiate with the mullahs personally. Perhaps he was attempting to circumvent the president; maybe he was in a hurry to destroy evidence. Either way, he violated the Logan Act by conducting diplomacy without authorization.
Obama and company claim that Iran never violated the deal. Technically, this is correct as they never actually signed it. Obama paid them at least 1.8 billion dollars but failed to get their signature on the documents. Incredible.
Iran conducted missile tests and continued to fund terrorist groups, and was in hot pursuit of forward military bases in Syria after taking the cash. If they had signed it, they would be in violation.
One of the deal stipulations was the reduction in the number of gaseous uranium hexafluoride centrifuges from 27,000 to 3,000. The intent was to limit uranium enrichment.
It should be noted that the decommissioned Piketon Enrichment Facility in Piketon, Ohio was in the process of converting from gaseous diffusion technology to centrifuges. The full complement was to be three thousand centrifuges. It seems that Obama/Kerry attempted to achieve centrifuge parity between the United States and Iran.
Regrettably, the USA does not have any operational centrifuges today thanks to the Clintons and Uranium1.

Businesses all over the world, but especially in Germany are assessing bleak options of maintaining business with mullah Iran. Merkel and Obama love Iran because they have the same goal. Death to America

It seems that Brennan is still not on the Trump Train. However, he does support the nomination of Gina Haspels as the next CIA Director.

Note the reason he will not quit: as once he does, Republican Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey will appoint a real conservative to replace him immediately. Moreover, this would displease Obama.
The left has been in a panic since the resignation of New York Attorney General Schneiderman.
Comey’s FBI referred cases to the NYAG to make them go away. The guy was a rapid virtue signaler on the outside, a sexual predator, woman beater, and possible child molester on the inside.
Drip by drip, the New York sex cult called NXIVM is exposed as an organization that psychologically broke – brainwashed – women (possible children) into becoming sex slaves for Democrat political elites and their Hollywood pals.
The emerging story is earthshaking and may reach deep into government and media as the most significant corruption scandal since Caligula.
Watch this unfold. This sex and torture scandal might be the meat that coastal leftists are so desperate to hide.
Soros has been throwing resources against President Trump right along with the FBI, Brennan, the Clintons, Hollywood elites, and New York politicians. There is something here that they are willing to risk all to cover up.
A Soros connection comes through lawyer Michael Avenatti. He represents Stormy Daniels but is not retained or paid by her. This is a must-read. Here
Michael Avenatti is a loud-mouthed fool, and so are the Fake Newsers who run with his drivel without checking it out.
Novartis, a company invested in by Russian oligarch Viktor Vekselberg, paid Trump’s former lawyer, Michael Cohen, $500,000, Avenatti said. So the hush money paid to Stormy might have come from the Russians.
However, there were some problems with this theory. Novartis is an American-owned company (which has contributed lots to the Clinton Foundation and the Clinton Global Initiative). The payment was made AFTER Cohen was no longer employed by Trump.
Vekselberg doesn’t control Novartis. But he does control Skolkovo, the Russian Silicon Valley. The trail of breadcrumbs from the transfer of dual-use technologies from the U.S. to Skolkovo leads to Bill and Hillary, not Trump.
Neither Mueller nor the Fake Newsers will follow that trail. If true, this is Rosenberg level treason, and it occurred on Mueller and Comey’s watch.
Avenatti revealed confidential tax info about the Michael Cohen who was Trump’s lawyer and the Treasury Dept IG wonders how he got it. Also: Here
And who got all the records in the first place? Mueller with his Gestapo raid. So if the criminal leak came from Team Mueller, he has to close shop and start plea bargaining.
Whew.
One final thing: The Boy Scouts of America changed their name to Scouts USA and opened the doors to girls within all of their programs including the Boy Scouts.
Girls have been admitted to Explorer Scouts and Sea Scouts branches of the BSA for decades but these programs lack a merit-based system of leadership development and advancement.
Discussions have been underway for years to find a way to serve the needs of girls and young women denied access to a merit-based leadership development program. The Girl Scouts offer a participation-based program. Not the same.
There is a real need to build leadership competency into America’s girls. As an Eagle Scout myself, I understand why the change was made but believe the better solution would have been to add a parallel leadership development program to the coed Explorer Scouts.
As a youth, my Boy Scout troop did have an Explorer unit attached. The girls joined us on non-backpacking hikes and occasional special activities such as white water rafting and rock climbing, but they never participated in the routine campouts, troop/patrol meetings and the like.
The guys did all the lifting, funding and administration for the Explorers. We were, in all honesty, held back by the girls. We covered ground at a slower pace and we engaged in less physical competition when operating with the Explorers.
Girls and young women can achieve great things in a merit-based leadership development program. My own daughters attended Culver Academies, a private high school near Elkhart, Indiana (Fort Wayne area).
Culver was developed by Ernest Thompson Seton and Lord Baden-Powell, the founder of the Boy Scouts along with Colonel Culver, a professional educator. It is now the most highly endowed secondary school in the world and worth strong consideration by anyone seeking the best possible education for their children. Culver maintains separate programs for the young men and women.
Over 400,000 Boy Scouts resigned this week. A national tragedy just occurred.
