HALF-FULL REPORT 01/01/16

Welcome to 2016 – the last year of the worst presidency in American history. With all the doom and gloom being predicted that 2016 will be even more ghastly than 2015, it’s time to cheer up!

Recall the advice given to the fellow who was sad and depressed: “My friend said, ‘Cheer up! Things could be worse!’ So I cheered up, and sure enough, things got worse!”

First the bad news about 2016, then the good.

The bad news is that it is going to get worse. 2016 will be the Year of Zero Unleashed. His hatred of America will be fully vented in an explosion of vindictiveness wreaked upon us, an orgy of fascist rules, executive orders, and flat-out lawlessness designed to abolish our freedom, ruin our economy, decimate our culture, and surrender to our enemies.

So what could possibly be the good news? It’s that we can look upon the Year of Zero Unleashed not as a disaster, but as an opportunity. A historically unique one to fundamentally re-transform America to the free country it once was.

Zero’s evil oath to “fundamentally transform America” destroying that freedom was simply the culmination of a long steady process by the Democrats that I call Fabian Fascism. The method they used I call Boiling the Frog.

I first described this almost 20 years ago in 1997, in a keynote address I gave to an organization of conservative leaders called the Council for National Policy (CNP) entitled None Dare Call It Fascism:

“To learn how to regain our freedom, it is imperative to learn how we lost it in the first place. Basically by what I call ‘boiling the frog.’

If you place a frog in a pot of cool water — an open pot, so that it could jump out at any time — and start to slowly heat the water up, you can heat the water to boiling and kill the frog.

The trick is to make each incremental increase in water temperature small enough to be below the frog’s threshold of awareness. Do it right and the frog will remain in the open pot of water and not notice until it is all the way to boiling and it’s too late: he is dead. But should the temperature increases be too large or come too quickly to exceed the frog’s awareness threshold, he immediately jumps out of the pot.

This is the process by which the Oligarchies of Washington have been boiling our freedoms to death.”

Tragically, this process has continued unabated resulting in our having almost unimaginably less freedom and more fascism today than in 1997. The happy irony is that this year, Zero is going to heat up the water so much and so fast that finally and at last the American frog may jump out of the fascist pot.

Jump out, not slowly crawl out. We don’t have to engage in a decades-long “march through the institutions” with reverse Frankfurt School patience. We can drain the entire swamp of unconstitutional Washington government in an eye-blink.

For too many decades have conservatives strategized over how to reacquire our freedom inch-by-inch, nibble at the edges of Leviathan. Now is the chance to go for Leviathan’s jugular – exactly at the time when Americans are completely and totally fed up with Zero and what he has done to us.

Not all Americans, for far too many are welfare/subsidy drug addicts, mainlining the dole into their veins. But the frenzy over Trump is the key leading indicator that a general revulsion towards Zero is rising to tsunami proportions.

It’s going to be very tricky to do this right, to channel the revulsion constructively and not have it breach the levees to flood the country with chaos. The way to do it is with the 10th Amendment:

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

Via the 10th Amendment, any federal department, agency, program or policy not authorized as an enumerated power in the Constitution can be defunded, eliminated, or given over to states to administer. E.g., the Federal Departments of Agriculture, Commerce, Education, Energy, Health & Human Services, Homeland Security, Housing & Urban Development, Labor, and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

Via the 10th Amendment combined with Article I Section 1 – “All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States” – all executive agency rules and regulations having the force of law can be rendered null and void.

All administrative kangaroo courts rendering verdicts and punishments by phony “administrative judges” without jury trials can be abolished. Congress can be prohibited from “delegating” its exclusive legislative authority to the executive branch entirely. Monstrosities like Dodd-Frank and Sarbox can simply vanish.

For this you need a 10th Amendment President – like Heidi Cruz’s husband.

HeidiCruz
Cruz memorized the entire US Constitution in high school. His senior thesis at Princeton was on the 9th and 10th Amendments. At Harvard Law School, where he was Editor of Harvard Law Review, famed liberal Professor Alan Dershowitz called him “off-the-charts brilliant.”

He clerked for Chief Justice William Rehnquist, was a professor at University of Texas Law School teaching Supreme Court litigation, and as Solicitor General of Texas wrote 80 Supreme Court case briefs and argued 9 cases before the Supreme Court, winning 6.

Among his Supreme Court victories were:

*Medellin v. Texas, a landmark 6-3 decision that the World Court cannot bind the U.S. justice system and the President cannot order the state courts to obey the World Court;

*Van Orden v. Perry that the Texas Ten Commandments Monument is constitutional;

*Elk Grove Unified School District v. Newdow that “Under God” in the Pledge of Allegiance recited in schools is constitutional;

*District of Columbia v. Heller successfully defending the Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms.

That’s the guy to Fundamentally Re-Transform America via the 10th Amendment to regain our freedom, prosperity, security, and moral decency. The guy to seize the opportunity of Zero Unleashed by campaigning for its exact opposite.

If Cruz does, then the ghastliness coming in 2016 will be worth it, as a year from now America will be headed down the highway of freedom on Cruz Control.

Meanwhile, let’s use 2016 as the opportunity to rebel, defy, disobey, laugh at and ridicule Zero, Social Justice Warriors, bureaucrats, your local school board, snowflakes at your community college, any form of political correctness at every opportunity.

Here’s something you can do right now. On Tuesday (12/29), Robert Spencer on Frontpage got understandably all hot and bothered by an attempt by House Democrats to criminalize criticism of Islam. Turns out that on December 17, a gaggle of 82 DemFascisti introduced House Resolution 569, entitled Condemning violence, bigotry, and hateful rhetoric towards Muslims in the United States.

Yes, Spencer is right, it’s a straight assault on the First Amendment. But it didn’t make me mad at all. Reading H. Res. 569, my face broke out in an ear-to-ear smile as I saw the opportunity. In five minutes or so, I copied/pasted it into a Word doc and replaced every mention of “Muslim” with “Christian,” “mosque” with “church,” “hijab” with “cross,” “Islam” with “Christianity.”

I then sent an email to a few Congressista friends proposing they introduce the attached Resolution Condemning violence, bigotry, and hateful rhetoric towards Christians in the United States.

You can do exactly the same. It’s below as an Appendix to this HFR. Send it to every Congresscritter in your state, Pub or Dem – especially if one of the Dems is a 569 cosponsor, saying you’re sure they’ll want to sign it and not be thought of as anti-Christian bigot by refusing to.

Call their office to ask if they are going to cosponsor the Christian 569. Write down the name of who you talk to and their answer, and report it in a letter to your local paper. Make noise, raise hell and have fun doing it.

Time to take a break for something completely weird. On December 11 in St. Petersburg, Russia, Vladimir Putin hosted a charity dinner for poor Russian children. In attendance were such Hollywood folk as Kevin Costner, Sharon Stone, Kurt Russell, Goldie Hawn, and Monica Belluci.

There was a stage with a band and piano. Putin sat down at the piano and haltingly played “Blueberry Hill” in single notes. He then walked to the microphone and began to sing – in English. Believe it or not, here’s Vlad crooning Blueberry Hill:

2015 was a weird year, and this sure exemplifies it.

Let’s see how it’s really done. Here’s Fats Domino still going strong 30 years after he originally sang Blueberry Hill on the Ed Sullivan show in 1956. Fats will be 88 next month.

Heck, it’s New Years – let’s enjoy ourselves. The greatest rocker there’s ever been – the real king of rock n’ roll – is Chuck Berry. He first recorded the most listened to and played rock song in history, Johnny B. Goode, in 1958. Here he is at 80 years old in 2007, with fans young enough to be his great-grandchildren rocking out. He’ll be 90 this October.

I have to confess that watching and listening to Chuck Berry’s Johnny B. Goode on this New Years Day made me cry. Tears of gratitude for being American, tears of joy that it’s just so cool to be American, tears of grief over what has happened to my country, tears of hope that America will shake off the lunacy engulfing it and be America once more.

On Wednesday (12/30), the WaPo ran a real eyebrow-raiser for a liberal media flagship: Democrats are now in real danger of becoming extinct in the South.

The Dems are about to lose the state house of Kentucky – after which they will not control a single legislature, upper or lower, in the entire South. And it’s worse than that. The states in red are those where the Pubs run both state legislatures:

ControlStateLegis

Add to this the states in red with Pub governors (Note: Louisiana has a Dem gov-elect):

PubGovernorStatesPlus the states with Pub majority US House delegations:

MajHouseDelegations
This is a grim – really grim – picture for the Dems nationally. Especially when you pile on top of it the vast unpopularity and outright hatred of their leader – President Zero – and that of his wannabe successor, the vile Mrs. PIAPS.

Sure, control of the House and Senate has been worthless with Pub weenies scared to stand up to Zero. But that means they’ll also won’t be able to stand up to Cruz as he Re-Transforms America. Besides, the states will be where the action is, as he devolves power to them.

“All’s well that ends well,” said Shakespeare. 2016 is not going to be easy. It’s going to get truly awful with Zero Unleashed. We have to remember that the worse it gets the better the opportunity for the frog to jump out of the fascist water.

And that we can at least have some fun maxing out that opportunity. After all, there’s nothing easier than to enrage a libtard, to drive a SJW (Social Justice Warrior) into apoplexy – and it’s so much fun!

So good luck to us, good luck to America in 2016 – for with it, and courage, determination, and prayers, by year’s end it will be, as Ronald Reagan promised, “morning in America again.”

Happy New Year!
