You may have seen the story up on Drudge and all over the news about a 17 year-old high school girl in Louisville, Kentucky, Savannah Dietrich.

In August of last year, she went to a party where she either had too much to drink or somebody spiked her drink, and she passed out – whereupon two guys at the party raped her.  Not only did they rape an unconscious girl, but they took pictures of their assault with their cell phone cameras and shared the pictures with their friends.

The rapists were prosecuted, their parents got a good attorney who made a plea-bargain deal with District Judge Deanna "Dee" McDonald, who, on June 26 allowed them to plead guilty to "first degree sexual abuse and misdemeanor voyeurism," for which she put them on probation with no jail time.

Then to add to the outrage, Judge McDonald ordered Savannah not to disclose in any way the names of her rapists – as they are minors – or else she would be found in contempt of court and subject to 180 days in jail.

Savannah went home in shock, cried her heart out, and decided the judge could go to hell.  She Tweeted her rapists’ names and added, "There you go, lock me up. I’m not protecting anyone that made my life a living Hell."

In an interview to her local paper, she said,

"So many of my rights have been taken away by these boys.  I’m at the point, that if I have to go to jail for my rights, I will do it. If they really feel it’s necessary to throw me in jail for talking about what happened to me as opposed to throwing these boys in jail for what they did to me, then I don’t understand justice. Protecting rapists is more important than getting justice for the victim in Louisville."

Her contempt hearing is July 30.  The outcry supporting Savannah and condemning Judge McDonald has become deafening.  A petition to the Kentucky District Court demanding the contempt charges be dropped has, as of today (7/23) received over 53,000 signatures.

Yet in all this outcry, in all the hundreds of news stories about Savannah defying this contemptible judge and outing her rapists – not one story says who the rapists are.  Every news outlet in America is obeying Judge McDonald’s order.

Well, not TTP.  Dee McDonald can go perform an act of carnal knowledge upon herself.

The rapists are two students attending Trinity High School, a Catholic college-prep school in a part of Louisville called St Matthews.  Their names are Austin Zehnder and Will Frey.  Both play for the Trinity Shamrocks lacrosse team.  Who disclosed the names to TTP?  Their schoolmates at Trinity.

Austin Zehnder and Will Frey.  Remember the names.  An idiot judge has assured that you will, along with millions of others.  Making some corrupt plea-bargain, most likely in collusion with the boys’ influential parents and their school via high powered attorneys was bad enough.  But placing a gag order on the victim of their rape was a huge mistake – compounded by the victim’s courage in not obeying it.

Now the world will know who are the rapists.
