Welcome to the Christmas 2024 HFR! And to the Hanukkah 2024! Yes, they coincide on December 25 this year (when the latter begins). This is a glorious time of celebration for all the bountiful blessings of Western Civilization – and this year the cup of those blessings is overflowing.
So much so that the 2024 calendar grants us a head start of a full three-day weekend before Christmas Eve – meaning we can begin right now to exult in Christmas joy and gratitude.
“We” means you and me. Maybe not for a lot of folks in Washington DC. Certainly not for illegals trying to cross our border in Texas. As we await events unfolding on Capitol Hill later today, we’ll start with them. A lot more, so here we go!

Early this morning (12/20), the Daily Mail greeted us with: Texas Launches Billboards Asking Illegal Migrants The Most Shocking Question Ever To Dissuade Crossings.

“Our goal right now, immediately, is not only to discourage them from coming, but to help them understand the consequences,’ Abbott said.”
Abbott held the unveiling of the campaign in Eagle Pass, next to what were the charred remains of what’s known as a ‘rape tree,’ which Abbott claims was used by traffickers to sexually assault migrants before being burned down as a memorial.

Abbott has been talking a lot with T47’s Border Czar Tom Homan. “Hit the ground running” on Jan20 is an understatement for them. The biggest scam the illegals take advantage of is to claim “asylum,” which Obama-Biden has taken full advantage of in letting them in by the millions then provide the full monte in welfare goodies.
All of that comes crashing down via Jan20 Executive Orders. Get ready for the ubiquitous term remigration. It simply means, “Migration back to the place from which one came.” For the woke left – see how Wikipedia defines it – it’s a “far-right” racist term to “force” people to be persecuted once again in that terrible place they had to claim asylum from.
Homan and the T47 team will use the dictionary term. Doing all they can to get illegals to self-deport, i.e., remigrate back home where they belong – from warnings like Abbott’s to no welfare freebies, from arresting ceo’s of companies knowingly hiring them to Delta Force liquidation of trafficking cartels, from paying countries to accept their own citizens back to very painful consequences to those countries who refuse to.
Abbott and Homan and T47 are not screwing around. They are going to do what it takes to get this illegal horde out of our midst and in a way that it will not happen again. The woketard bleeding hearts are going to have to suck it up. End of story.

Every have the unfortunate experience of having your car impounded, hauled off by a tow truck and you had to rescue it from the local Impound Yard? Hope not – but that’s what most everyone thinks of if they hear the world “Impoundment.”
But not Senator Mike Lee (R-UT) and Congressman Andrew Clyde (R-GA). They think of something called The Impoundment Control Act (ICA) passed by Congress and signed into law in 1974, and they want to get rid of it. How come?
Because until that 1974 law, every president since Thomas Jefferson had the legal authority of presidential impoundment, that is, to impound or not spend all the money appropriated by Congress for a specific purpose. The 1974 Impoundment Control Act took that power away, mandating that the President via the relevant executive agency had to spend every dime Congress had appropriated no matter what.
Yes, no matter what, no matter how wasteful or misguided or plain ridiculous – and with Congress, much if not most of the time it’s all three. That’s why every single president since Nixon – Reagan, Ford, Clinton, both Bushes, even Obama and of course T45 and except FJB – tried to repeal the ICA.
Now Lee & Clyde are determined to. Yesterday (12/19): Rep. Andrew Clyde: Repealing Impoundment Control Act Key To President Curtailing Spending.
“Congress needs to repeal the ICA, so appropriations of Congress are a ceiling as the limit in the amount that the president can spend, not the floor in the amount that he has to spend. The president still has to faithfully execute the law, but if he can do so for less than that ceiling, he should be free to do so. That’s what his DOGE of government efficiency is about, isn’t it?”

The losses are so large they can’t be hidden any longer from the Russian people. Yesterday (12/19), the British Armed Forces Minister Luke Pollard informed Parliament:

Tolyatti is a medium-size city (650K population) in the Samara region of central Russia. This video, taken last Saturday (12/14) of its cemetery full of the town’s young boys sacrificed for Putin’s megalomania is heart-breaking. Imagine how their families feel. Then realize there are hundreds and hundreds of such cemeteries throughout Russia.

I’ve never had a high opinion of the current House Speaker, Mike Johnson. He looks like a teller in some small bank, and strikes me as a weaselly wimp. Everything he has done in the current Shutdown Farce has solidified my view.
There was just a vote on his Plan C, which has passed with the overwhelming support of the Dems (only 1 No vote), meaning he made a sellout deal with Dem leader Hakeem Jeffries.
At least that’s what it looked like, but Elon just posted his approval with the bill’s summary. Now it must pass the Schumer-controlled Senate later tonight.

Last Saturday (12/14) was a seminal event in the history of American culture. We reached the bottom of the cultural barrel with Antifa/BLM thugs burning down cities and shaking down corporations for millions over a white police officer’s knee on a black drug addict’s neck.
Ever since, the thugs have been praying for another excuse for rioting and shakedowns, and they were sure they had it in Daniel Penny, a white Marine who put a chokehold on a black drug addict in a New York subway who subsequently died like George Floyd. The police officer was found guilty, but Penny’s jury found him innocent.
Trump is a PR genius and saw the opportunity. The Army-Navy Game is one of the greatest sports traditions in America. The crowd at Landover Field in Maryland was well over 100,000. Trump was there, in the presidential suite with an all-star cast – Elon Musk, JD Vance, Ron DeSantis, plus Pete Hegseth and Tulsi Gabbard. And Daniel Penny.
Trump made sure when the stadium announcer broadcast his and his guests’ presence to the crowd, “US Marine Daniel Penny” was included. One hundred thousand people stood up to applaud, cheer, and chant repeatedly, “USA! USA! USA! USA!”
In that moment, Antifa, BLM, and Wokeism itself, died. This was their death knell. America as a nation and a culture has fully rejected them. Cherish this moment. Next Wednesday will be a Glorious Christmas for you, me, and our country. We have our country back once more.
